The Ideas Law Firm review: Poor upfront advice/service
This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.
Their computerized trademark application procedure does not discriminate between marginal and likely viable trademark applications. The Attorney I worked with, Ruth Khalsa, gave no indication that my proposed Trademark had weak underpinnings, so I spent additional funds dealing with an answer to the examiner's initial rejection ... only to receive a final rejection notice. Several thousand wasted dollars. No response from the attorney.
Recommendation: Use a firm that provides LIVE opinions of any perceived problems with the Mark.
