I just received an email stating that my order of Heal and Sooth (I did NOT order it) has been shipped. I had a similar thing on 15 December 2021 stating that my order has been shipped of Heal and Soothe (I did NOT order it). The only thing I did was to order their FREE sample of Heal and Soothe, which I duly received. I have had Covid and was very ill, hence the delay in my complaint. I would definitely not have ordered anything at all, as my husband has been out of work for some time. The company has been taking the money out of my credit card. Please help me.
Desired outcome: Refund please. I would like a response also. Thank you.
