Came in for my consultation today and everybody was so kind and place was clean. Everyone introduced themselves which to me is a BIG deal Asked me several times if I had any questions before I left which is ALSO important to make sure everything is okay before I leave the office.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and first class communicators. They were excellent in conveying the procedures to be used and the reasons as to why they were being undertaken. As for the results, so far they are positive; my knees thank you. Michael B Orland Park, IL

A customer of mine noticed how different I was walking and she asked if I had a knee replacement and I happily told her it was actually these gel injections that have me feeling and walking better! So many people in my family have also noticed my improvement and I am happy to recommend them here.

I have had wonderful experiences at the *** working with PA *** and all the assistants who work with him. Everyone is warm and wonderful. There is an abundance of empathy and concern for the my pain levels and providing comfort. PA *** epitomizes their high standards of professionalism and care.

My right knee prohibited me from numerous activities. Even short hikes. After my treatments I feel about 80% better with very little pain. I played my first racquetball game yesterday for the first time in almost two years. My sleep has been much better also. Very friendly staff and youre in and out in less than a half hour

Finally decided to call and get an appointment after so long. Coming in it was such a relief feeling welcomed and greeted. The injections they gave me were not painful at all and I was so nervous but they made me feel safe and even gave me a stress ball to feel relaxed. Didnt even realize they had already finished injecting!

I have been going to the *** location for 4 weeks and everything is going extremely well. My *** (***) is fantastic and is extremely professional. I am 74 and retired I hope to avoid knee replacement since I am not a good candidate for surgery. So far I have seen a marked improvement in my ability to walk up stairs and manuver in general. I am also doing physical therpahy at ATI and combind i feel good that I can avoid surgery.

I went to the joint relief institute back in April. I had 4 injections in my left knee that did not work. The only relief I got was from the Novocaine injections right before the hyaluronic acid injections. It was a waste of my time and money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's not that simple to get rid of arthritis and rebuild cartalige. I eventually had to have my knee replaced which worked out beautifully. I don't know why I waited so long to have the procedure done.

The gel injections might not be right for all patients. I am bone on bone in two spots on my knee and the gel injections, while costly, provide no improvement. After I finished my cycle and reported that there was no progress they offered to try different gel injections. I am not one to throw good money after bad so I am now seeing an orthopedic doctor. Upon looking at the status of my knee I feel they knew their treatment would not help me due to the severity but decided to move forward anyway as cash is king. I would not recommend the Joint Relief Institute.

I made an appointment because of the ads on WGN and I go and they came back and told me the insurance would cover most of it and out of pocket would only be a couple hundred dollars. I went 3 times for the injections told them when I went back felt no difference and I was told wait til after the last injects. Before I walked out the exam room they were trying to get me to schedule the next series of injections and because I didn't notice a difference I said no.Seven months later I get a *** for $718 so I call and on that call the woman told me I was told a couple hundred per injection. I absolutely was not told per injection. The woman on the phone was like its here in the notes and I was like I dont care what someone wrote done I was there and would have never agreed to a procedure that would cost out of pocket that much. We talked about how because of covid business was so bad and there was no way I could afford more than a couple hundred dollars. I asked for a copy of the note she referred to and was told there is a charge for them. I got very little to no relied from these shots and I truly believe there was a switch and bait done about the cost. I was promised a lot and got none of it.I would not recommend them to anyone. They are suppose to be in the medical field and should tell us the truth. If I was told before the injection it would cost $800 I would have said no thank you. After the injection I would say it wasnt worth the travel time to get there let alone the $800 they say I owe them
