Abstract
At Harmony House in Houston TX its CEO Meg Pohodich several generations back Russian Jew ran illegal business offering to now Russian former businessmen opportunity to get the US Citizenship. That has been noted by the Author when he was admitted for free to the Harmony House and he has reported that to the Houston FBI. Nothing has changed since but Meg Pohodich changed her Porsche for over $500.000 (price detected on line for the year 2021) to the Alpha Romeo for just $4.000. Said Illegal Conduct has multitudes in appearance in TEXAS where the TX Governor Gregg Abbott will never become the US President like Mr. George Bush did.

Professor Dr. Michael Vladislavovich Tyurin, the Author of this Letter to the Editor has become homeless man on April 29 2020. On December 10 2018 he was assassinated by the international petroleum corporation SHELL (HPD report is available for reference) three days after he gave to SHELL his proprietary presentation of manufacturing Gasoline replacement fuel Isobutanol manufactured from the air CO2 for $0.35 per gallon. Nowadays the international petroleum and the US petroleum corporations spend over $1.75 to manufacture 1 gallon of Gasoline from petroleum since the petroleum refineries are very expensive.
How the Author has become homeless? The Author has been recovering for his attempted murder of December 10 2018 at his apartment at 9898 Woodfare Dr in Houston TX 77036. On March 31 2020 his apartment manager (or someone who got the apartment 903 key from the apartment manager) has visited the Author’s apartment when he was asleep and stole form his leather computer bag his corporate mobile phone and his wallet. The Author has fund that in the morning after he woke up and did not have no phone to call 911 and report theft. In three days after that his friend Dr. Ranjit S. Radda came over to see the Author and the Author has borrowed his friends’ mobile phone to call 911. The cop came the same day, took notes per the story of the Author and apparently also visited the apartment management. It was apparent to the Author as in two days after that cop’s visit he has received two letters from the apartment management asking his to leave the apartment property and never come back (at that time the apartment complex was the property of the city of Houston already). The Author has fund his wallet the ext day behind his apartment’s second door looking at the management office. The wallet was wrapped I dirty and wet plastic bag. On April 29 2020 the Author has left the apartment property with his things deposited to the public storage at 6500 S. Gessner dr in Houston TX. The storage charge was $42.00 per moth and the Author has paid by his credit card. The Author has become homeless and spend has last $50 for the cab to drive him to Beacon (1212 Prarie st Houston TX 77002) and became homeless.
In ten days after leaving in Houston TX streets the Author with his leather computer bag filled by his wallet, his portable umbrella, etc. Has left the Beacon to check the Salvation Army Greater Houston Area Command to check the availability for housing. On his way there he was attacked by the other homeless individual who has hit to the Author with the big stone and damaged his head. After that said criminal has hit the Author in his left hand over which the Author has had his leather computer bag. The bag felt down to the ground and the criminal has picket it up and ran away. After the neurosurgery performed to the Author at Memorial Hermann Hospital by the surgeon with last name Corcoran the Author has developed seven complications with one of them inability to run. So the Author could not follow said criminal and said criminal ran away with the Author’s corporate computer, etc. In the computer bag. The Author has followed in the direction the criminal ran away and found some of the content of the computer bag like the power supply for the laptop. The Author had no wallet he left at his stolen computer bag and he tried to stop any car he saw in the street near Beacon. One of the cars stopped and thew Author has requested the driver’s mobile phone to call 911 and report said robbery. The driver asked the Author $5 to use his phone. The Author has explained to him that he was robbed and has to call to the Police to report that. The driver has given him his mobile phone and the Author has called 911 and asked the Police to come to his location. In 45 min the cop came over and stated talking to the Author asking him to check if the Author has any weapons. Surprised the Author has agreed the cop has searched the Author’s clothing and did not find any weapon. Hence the talk between the Author and the cop has happened and the Author has reported his robbery and stolen laptop and phone / wallet. The Police report was filed.
With no phone and wallet with his credit cards the Author could not call no one to ask them to pay his storage fee for $42 monthly. In four days after that the Author has asked another homeless person to get that’s person mobile phone and called Dr. Rajit S. Padda. He asked him to pay his monthly fees of $42 monthly. Dr. Ranjit S. Padda has agreed. Later on the Author has Emailed Dr. Ranjit S. Padda about the same. He has gotten the Email response with the agreement of Dr. Ranjit S. Padda to pay until the Author has to be homeless. The Author was inspired by that. Later on he has found that his “friend” Dr. Ranjit S. Padda has lied to the Author and never paid said $42 and the content of the storage room was then removed by the storage management and placed to trash place. The Electropration generator the Author has received from BTX. Inc./Genetronics, Inc. In September of 1999 (the Author has sold this copy of his electrotransformation generator containing authentic Russia-made parts made in the former Soviet Union for the military applications, very rare to find in the world). Now said generator cost is over $10.000.000.
The Author has relocated from Beacon to the Lord of the Streets to sleep under the roof at the porch of the Lord of the Streets. He slept at the porch of the Lord of the Streets with certain roof over to get protected from rain if any. Once on one of Sundays in December of 2019 he was awaken in the early morning by someone touching his left arm. He opened his eyes and saw the Director of the Lord of the Streets, the man at that time, who told to the Author: “I do not want you to die of cold. The very cold weather is coming to Houston and you must go to the George Brown Convention center to live there until the cold goes away from Houston. The Author was thankful to the Director and told that he does not now where the Center is located. Wen he had a car he saw that Center many times from the US 59. But now he cannot find it.
The Director told the Author that he will do him a favor and will drive him to that Center today. Also the Director advised that he will allow the Author’s Fiesta cart with the Author’s belongings to be placed in the backyard of the Lord of the Streets for the indefinite time. At the Center the Author has met Ms. Pohodich. She invited him to live at the Harmony House (Harmony House, Inc., 702 Girard Street, Houston, TX) as she was going to get the grant to pay $62 weekly for the stay of the Author. At the Harmony house the Author has noticed something which has caught his attention since the Author has never broke any law even in the former Soviet Union or after moving to the USA..
For the person coming to the US from the Eastern Europe the difference in time of 10-12 hours affects the day job performance (the so called “jet lag”). That affects the comer for several days. At the Harmony House the Author has seen the same “jet lag” in some residents. He stated speaking with them. One of them was very talkative. He was from the Russian Federation. There as you probably know Putin started introducing “market economy”. People who were engaged started taking loans from the banks. Nobody actually was able to pay the loan back. The banks hired killers (this is the Russian Federation there). Said killers approached the loaners and offered either them to pay the bank loan in full with the % or suggested that the loaner will give thew killer their flat (there is the shortage of houses/ apartments for living). Alternatively the killer wanted to kill said loaner unless he pays the bank in full and in time.
Said loaners were the visiting persons at the Harmony House as the Author noticed. There was the African American gentleman who had great connections with the sellers of the second hand cars in Houston TX. The backyard of the harmony House was overcrowded with said second hand cars. What was the market? The loaners from the banks in the Russian Federation who pad tremendous cash to Meg Pohodich. They were the buyers of the second hand cars. What was the deal? Meg Pohodich made up “hot Ids” for the Russian bank loaners. Said Hot Id contained the name of the person killed at the car crash (happens daily in Houston). Apparently she had the contact at the Houston DMV to get said information. What was she doing illegally? She was making the “hot IDs” with the name of the dead (killed at the car crash) person and the picture of the Russian bank loaner. How much did she charge for that? The Author does not know. But she had “Porsche” SUV turbo with the cost at that moment over $500.000. How the CEO of the non-for-profit establishment could make sad cash if her salary was way below $130.000. Normally such person will have the $40.000 car and will be happy. But she had the car way exceeding her salary. Apparently she had $$$ from the Russian bank loaners who were unable to pay to the bank in time and the amount of the loan.
This is the way to make $$$ on the incomeless very poor homeless people at the facility described herein and served to the former prisoners of the TEXAS jails who lost their habitats. This is the way the Russians were getting the possible US Citizenship when they were leaving the Harmony House on the second hand cars and moving to the other states neighboring Texas. There they could get the US Citizenship using said “hot IDs” on the name indicated there
The Author upon leaving the Harmony House to move to the apartment found for him by the Beacon Housing service. So the Author has went to the public library with the internet connection and filed the report to the FBI. Apparently Meg Pohodich was very prepared for that and she possibly had the contact person at the Houston FBI. So she continued to be the CEO of the Harmony House but she had to change her $500.000 “Porsche” to $4.000 “Alpha-Romeo”.
