The Glen Wolies review: Damaged boots

Good d evening I have complain regarding the boots that I bought last year and the failed to assist me as a customer went on Tuesday to find out the boots I bought last year it's 8months I am having this boots and heel it's damaged I went yesterday to ask if the follow up the told me that they log the call till today no respond it's winter I bought this boots to wear in winter now I can't wear it becouse it's damaged and I went Multy serve to fix it the told me it's not repairable, the Manger she had attitude I ask the customer number to do follow up as well as the customer because I am the one whose suffering in this winter she refuse but she not helpfull to me she is sending me to Pillar to Post I am not happy at all about the service they gave me. I buy boots every year in your company because I know it's good excellent quality, I have boots wich I am happy with it they didn't give me any problem, this one I having challenge with it went to the shop for assistance they don't help me so long waiting for the call the log, what I am wearing in this Winter it's cold what I am wearing. Please can you kindly assist me on this matter ASP it's freezing I need the boots to wear it.
