I got my roof done and my gutter fixed by Manning General Contractors. They showed me everything they were doing, answered all my questions, and did a really good job. I'd tell anyone to use them for any kind of house fix-up, big or small.

Manning GC did a great job fixin' up our roof and chimney, and even replaced a skylight. They were on time, got the job done quick, and cleaned up after themselves like pros. Matt Browne was our guy and he really went above and beyond. We'd definitely tell our friends to give 'em a call.

these guys are awesome, they really care about their customers. i had a bad time with another company but found these guys on google and they were recommended. from the first chat, it was like night and day. i'll keep using them for any home problems that come up.

The project manager, ***, set up the roof install and did a great job. *** Manning was really helpful with the appraisal to get the insurance company to pay the right amount of loss due to hail damage. *** was also really helpful. Man, Manning GC was the real deal for my roof replacement. They took care of my property like it was their own and made me feel confident in their work. *** and *** were total pros and walked me through the whole process so I didn't have to stress. I heard good things about Manning General Contractors from a friend, so I decided to give them a try. And boy, was I impressed! Manning came to check out my house for hail damage the same day I called them. They quickly determined that I needed a new roof and gutters. Manning walked me through the process of working with my insurance company, and thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, I was able to get a full replacement instead of just a partial repair. I had a good experience with Manning General Contractors. My house had hail damage and Matt came out to inspect it. He found damage on the roof, gutters, and window screens. He took pictures and wrote a report for our insurance company. The insurance adjuster only wanted to cover the gutters and window screens, but Matt told us to get another adjuster out there. We did and got it covered. The crew made it possible to sell our house by the original closing date. They made the process easy and guided us through it.

I Have worked with several contractors over the years and I have found Manning to be one of the best that I have experienced. Brian and his staff were very responsive and explained the work being preformed in detail, and fulfilled what they said they were going to do. The workmanship exceeded my expectations.
