They way their orders work is that you place your order, then you get an invoice, you then you pay and and the books get delivered

I have order my school textbooks at the end of November 2021. I received a confirmation of the order and that my invoice will be generated within 10 days.

After numerous calls, emails and promises from their part that I would receive my invoice I am still waiting. I haven't even paid and now we are sitting on the 21 January and my child does not have their Matric set work.

Not even a phone call for an explanation or an invoice to pay in the meantime. Unfortunately they are the only company that prints these books so I am unable to go else where.

I can't even go there to collect as they say they do not allow collections due to COVID.

I am so frustrated...

Desired outcome: I would like the textbooks
