Don't take a franchise with this company before you take the following into consideration:
They have 2 other franchises - driving schools - Drive Dynamics and Kan Kan which have the most horrendous reviews and terrible stories from pupils and driving instructors
They actively try and recruit by text newly qualified beauticians who are inexperienced, then do a magnificent sales job on then to sign them up.
They already have had beauticians leaving in the first year of trading due to lack of work
The treatments are permanently discounted to attract new clients so you make nothing on them
If anything goes wrong they refer the customer back to you and abdicate responsibility
They have zero experience in the beauty industry
They will take you to court if you try and leave the franchise early due to lack of customers
They remove all bad reviews from their facebook site and in the last 6 months they have only had 2 good reviews
They have been sanctioned by the Advertising Standards agency for making false claims
They are well known to Trading Standards
In short spend your money developing your own facebook site and web page - dont give it to them!
OOOh absolutely priceless. They are now advertising on their facebook page that they are offering treatments for men. Nothing wrong with that of course but someone with less than 1 brain cell at H/O decided to let us all know that the therapists would be happy to visit their hotel rooms!
So come on girls get your choccies and champagne and off you all go.

Seriously though, sign up young naive trainees straight from beauty college, give them a load of crappy sales pitch then send them into mens' hotel rooms.

Take your fake bake tan, fake eyelashes, fake nails, fake credentials, fake smile, and even bigger fake of a company and get lost.
I worked with kan kan.. Bev is the worst and so it her staff. I never gave her my bank details and threatened me on the phone verbally. Had letters through the post saying that I owed them and if not someone was going to come and take my possessions. I went through a solicitor and funny I never heard from them after

The poor staff it must be so awful working under that pressure, knowing that so many franchisees are not happy. The figures just don't add up - get your own lease car, logo, facebook page and go on net mums yourself and advertise - that's all she is doing and charging a fortune for it. You get to charge the going rate and travel where you want to travel, work when you want to work and keep all the profits. Mogosogo has never responded to us -speaks for itself. If this franchise was destined a successful business model then there are plenty of highly skilled, highly respected beauty managers in the industry who would have tried it before. Nuff said...
When you read the reviews on Trust Pilot, you will see that all the positive reviews come from either staff or family members! I used to ring them every day begging for Clients, so was on first name terms with the call centre staff, which is how I know this is the case! This Mogosogo will be another of these poor souls who is told to lie to keep their job I imagine!
Thankfully I am away from them now and am running a nice successful mobile business on my own - but i am aware of 2 other Therapists who are going through EXACTLY the same thing at the moment, so nothing has changed! Horrible woman, horrible company. Please stay away from them - they are a 2-bit, highly unprofessional company run by greedy money-grabbers who have ZERO experience in their line of work. How can they tell anyone how to run a successful beauty business when they know absolutely nothing about being a Therapist?

You are quite obviously one of cruellas dogs body's doing her dirty work for her. Your all as bad as she is.
I was a franchisee I signed up in December I was busy for a few weeks but the clients were all 30 miles away or round abouts not like the 15 mile radius they state in there contract. I traveled along way to get to clients that only wanted £10-15 in treatment when I was told it was for £30-40 or to get there and clients had canceled but I'd been failed to be told. So there for the money I did get went back into petrol. The treatments were all half price coming out of the therapists pocket yet again. Any money left over if any goes to pay your franchises so what's the point. I took it on myself to stop and. block all calls I had about 10 different mobile numbers trying to contact me and been bombarded with messages I have kids and on my own trying to make an HONEST living earning my own money not taking others. After a few weeks I had one of cruellas dogs body's turn up at my house this is harassment and shocking. The company & cruella need outing they act all nice promising young vonrable girls there dreams it's all a lie to tie you into a contract so cruella can get money out of you. She is evil and Horrable excuse of a human being. My advice to anyone is to spend your money on your own advertising and build your own clientele don't give that evil woman bev aka cruella a penny. She's living in luxury while you struggle to keep your head above water.

I would be interested to know why you are reading the appalling reviews about them if you are happy with them. Are they offering you incentives to post good reviews? Sorry for being cynical but that's what they do with the driving instructors.
Perhaps you could answer me a few questions as you are at the coal front. Why if they are so busy has the owner of the business asked for an appointment this morning (posing as a customer) on their facebook page. Why do members of her family do the same thing?
Why have they just deleted a bad review from FB without responding to it? Why do they always delete and block bad reviews?
How can you explain the experience of bevbeauty above? This is not an unhappy customer this is one of you - treated appallingly for trying to make a living. You will also be aware if you are reading the reviews that she is not the only one this has happened to.
Why do you think this business will be successful when the driving school is on is knees. They brag that they have 400 franchisees but they can barely keep up with all the DI's leaving the business. They have a terrible reputation in the industry
What do you think about them taking money for driving lessons when they know they cant provide them? Then not refunding the customer
How do you explain all the hundreds of people screaming for refunds and contacting trading standards. Yes all businesses get complaints but the scale for this company is massive. The just don't respond to complaints they block, delete and ignore them

My advise to you (if you are a genuine franchisee) is to take the customers and run! Use them before they use you, eat you up and spit you out. They don't call her Cruella for nothing. Dont be fooled by the hun, shug crap. She is a ruthless woman who only wants one thing - your money - ask BevBeauty and the hundreds of people on here like me who are not going to go away because we have been ignored, blocked and deleted.
I have had a fantastic experience working with The BOM. The staff, the therapists and the owners are all very helpful and fair. The Girls are really busy and the customers love the fantastic service The BOM provides. There are always going to be unhappy people that slate companies if they are not happy about something, im so glad I don't listen to negative comments when Im making a decision, I prefer to get all the facts and decide for myself. x
Sent me a client a week, Sometimes less. And ridiculously undersold my service so there was no way that I could earn anything! Took money straight out of my bank without asking leaving me with nothing to feed my family or pay my bills, and expected me to pay a fortune a week for the privelige.Now trying to get out, but charging me £3k despite the fact they have not fulfilled one single contractual obligation! The owners / managers have no beauty experience - they just run a driving school! Please don't fall for their crap - worst mistake of my life! I wish now that I had read all the reviews beforehand - they are complete cowboys!
