ThatDailyDeal.com review: Incomplete product shipment, blames usps or me

Only received 5 of the 7 light bulbs in my Order #[protected] from Order Date: August 6th, 2022 The tracking numbers provided - 9261290278835405505388 9261290278835405505388 - do not show the full order was delivered; I only received 2 bulbs in a smallish, fits-inside-mailbox package. Given that everyone is always out of everything, my first assumption was a partial ship.

I waited more than long enough before contacting ThatDailyDeal - 9/14 - for the remaining 5 bulbs to be shipped. It shouldn't take this much to get a missing order taken care of.

Now the folks at ThatDailyDeal.com are demanding I prove I never got the remaining 5 bulbs... yet they sent this to my e-mail account:
