It has been 10 days since I ordered 2 items. My form of payment was charged immediately yet there has been no update to the tracking information of my items. After digging on their website for a bit, I decided to contact them directly and received an immediate BUT automatic response advising the following.
This information should be provided up front, setting the expectation that it will be at least 2-3 weeks before you receive delivery. Had this been shared in advance, I would not have ordered. In addition, their delivery partner is the USPS and given the challenges that exist with their service, my items may never be received. This is unacceptable. Do better.
*We can not cancel an order if it's received tracking. We do our best to get to cancel requests as they come in, but we can not guaranteed your email will be received before tracking is assigned. Please note that you can cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes of it being placed via your online account.
Shipping time frames & details:
Unless otherwise stated, all orders typically ship within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of purchase. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the pick-up carrier. They then deliver to USPS and that's who makes the final delivery to you. Once in transit, typical transit time is 3-8 business days. Check out our full shipping policy here. Recommendation: PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I will not purchase from them again. I think it is important to note that this opportunity through ThatDailyDeal came through Brad's Deals, which is normally a great entity to transact business with but I think they need to re-think their endorsement of ThatDailyDeal in the future unless the processing and delivery information is noted in their summary of "the deal"
