Back on 12/22/22 and again on 10/17/23 I tried to contact via mail & email Telsa about solar unit was not working, Inverter had to be replaced.
I loss solar production for 17 days, yet I paid my monthly lease payment. I was told that at end of year they would review my production and I would be compensated for loss of production & half months service charge. I also had increase of electric bill to have to pay.
I want to be compensated for the loss of production, the amount of $60.52 plus the amount of credit from solar production loss. which should be approx. $200.44.
This issue occurred back in 4/2020 and they addressed the issue to get resolved.
