Purchased two kittens born 2/2/23 from Terra Siberian from Michigan. Pickup kittens 5/6/23. Paid $1400 together. Both went to vet within 10 days. On 6/12 one kitten was the size of a football and diagnosed with fib after blood work and fluid tested in belly. 2nd kitten showed no signs at that time. 10/26 2nd kitten was lethargic and had a hard belly. Taken to vet and after X-ray and imaging was determined to have fip. He was euthanized that day. Contacted breeder throughout these procedures. She claimed she had no problems and it must have been from my house. I had not cats or kittens and they had no exposure to any, accept from breeders location. We spent thousands on tests, vet bills, the kittens had no shots prior to coming to our home, they had worms etc. Euthanized. We were devastated. Mind up 1st kitten died 4 wks after we picked them up. They were born with it. She claimed she had it in the past as well, but is not offering us our $$ back. All we are asking for is the purchase price of $1400. We were scammed. It is illegal in Michigan to sale unhealthy animals /pets Michigan SB 348

I also have a video of the first kitten with fip. Walking like a football. If needed. I kept all texts with breeder and vet has all records. Fip was researched and kittens were born with it.
Filed a complaint and looking into legal action
Purchased two kitten 5/6/23 by 10/26/23 both had to be euthanized. Lethargic, stomachs like footballs, no appetite. Vet bills, plus purchase price of $1400. We were scammed. She is not a reputable breeder. She is illegal in Michigan.
Breeder was informed every step of the way.
They have a lemon law for pets.
Both kittens were sold sick and with fip. Both passed within 5 months. vet followed thru with biopsy of fluid buildup in stomach and parasites. Xrays and meds. euthanized was the only option.
Resolved. Breeder refunded purchase price on two sick kittens. Terra Siberians is on Facebook, but no existing Website. Contacted Elizabeth Hart on personal texting and emails and messaging to find a resolution to this . Filed complaints. Purchase price was refunded, case closed.
Breeder paid back purchase price minus deposit. After complaints. File closed
UPDATE: Terra Siberians refunded my purchase price for the two kittens. I consider this complaint closed.
I refunded full proce. I am sorry that there are faults in this world but i always intend to take care of it ieven if you are full of hate.
