Good evening Sir
I trust you are well.
Last week I was invited for assessments & an interview. The assessment facilitator explained the expected % to pass the assessments. I however missed the passing rate by 6%. Having been in Recruitment & a customer centric environment for over 15years, I am really not sure where I did wrong or what made me fail the assessments. In my experience at Kelly, IBM, Advetch Group "Communicate", Quest and Multichoice in the 15 years I've worked with candidates, internal clients and external clients. We usually went through the assessments to explain what mistakes they made for the candidate not to pass the assessments. We were also able to motivate for a second chance to redo the assessments, especially when one has the relevant experience and qualifications.
I just feel they could have gone through my cv & Conduct the interview, [censored] how I present myself one on one, because assessments can make the candidate panic & loose focus.
I honestly love the vibe at your offices. I also feel I am an asset to any organisation that is customer centric. I facilitated major projects Finance & IT, recruited an groomed Call Centre Agents as stated on my cv.
Sir, I have recently relocated to Cape Town. I really need employment, I am not a job hoper, I see growth in your organisation.
I hope you will find time to go through my cv, I am positive Teleperformance definitely has a division where they will be able to fit me in based on my experience.
Kind Regards
Nomtha Pelem
