We signed the contract with Techgrass LLC. The representative told us that they needed 3 weeks in order to think about the project. After 3 weeks they started to work and it was winter, so the work stopped and they returned in spring. However, when they returned, they have found many problems in already done work and offered us to reinstall something. But it cost us huge amount of money and took a lot of time. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
I completely agree this company needs a lot of training in good customer service. Owner is extremely rude and nasty to say the least.
They estimate good quality product and make you believe at good cost and than installs cheap and low cost product and still manages to boost costs with so many extras that were never mentioned until job is being started. Horrible
I recommend staying away from hiring this company for any jobs small or big not worth the stress.
