Mikayla is our service representative and has poor communication skills. Not to be unmatched by her excuses. She has no follow-through and no customer service skills. We took our truck in on February 24th and were told it needed a special order catalytic converter which we had to pay for in full to order the part. We paid for the part on February 25, 2022, and were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive the part. Since March, we have called Mikayla, and we have also reached the Service Manager multiple times; she is too busy to return a phone call. As of today, June 7, 2022, we still don't have the part, and the dealership just ordered the part today, June 7, 2022. They have taken $990.00 and not order the part for three and half months. I have the invoice and can't get it attach in the format.

Desired outcome: Want the dealership to escalate the part order and proof that they have done it. They have stolen our money for three and half month. Need the truck fixed or my money back in full plus interest.
