TDS Internet review: Provide better installation and support services

TDS is the only Internet of choice in my neighborhood and we ahv frequent outages, plus some new build homes are taking 6 to 10 months to get Internet installed. service has been poor and the TDS systems don't have accurate information on what ports or where fiber is available. TDS service comes out for installation and finds no ports available and then tell the people that it may be 2 months before they can get port and be installed.
