I went to this tire kingdom since it is the only one close to my house.

My cam position senor kept giving me the CEL p0014 cam position sensor bank one so I went and had the four sensors changed. 3 hrs later the same thing happened again, the car was running harsh. the same codes keeps popping up after they said they changed all four. I had to explain to the tech that the Infiniti's take four sensors and he tried to tell no I had to show him the diagram of the engine and he still said it was wrong. i spent 300 on labor and 150 on parts that i can't returned since they had oil on them. They also tried to tell me a brand new 14-day-old battery needed to be replace. I had to go to the dealer and find out that nothing was done. the original parts were still in the car. they gave me back brand new part full of oil to make me think that they spent 10hrs, 5 hrs per the 2 days fixing the car. It took us 30min to change the 4 parts and car runs perfect. 30 days later and every week its the same BS someone will call you back or it has been sent to corp, or someone from corp, will call you back. if they do not call you, call back and lets us know. This is the nonsense I get every week since jan-14. Just give me back my $711.00 total or ill just get a small claims lawyer and sue them for the 5k plus my lawyer fee. I can play game too and post on ever site about how they ripped me off by charging me for work that was never done twice. ticket: 5262610

Desired outcome: I just want my $711.00 back that's it
