That have great response time. Respect for the customer. My agent was great I still use them for taxes after they resolved everything. I give them an A+

I hired Tax Response Center to fix my tax problem in July or August . Once I submitted the papers and payment to the business, it took them a year to file the papers with the IRS. They were informed that I had not withdrawn my application with the IRS and it had to be withdrawn first and then resubmitted. During this time, I have been checking with the business for updates. In 2021, I had to call the IRS in person and withdraw my previous application. No one has told me to do so. I have been lied to that the business has been in touch with the IRS multiple times. The IRS only confirmed one contact from the business. In July or August , my credit card has been cancelled and I had to provide another form of payment. I made arrangements with a friend to use his bank card. I asked the woman from billing to call me before the card will be charged to make sure money would be in the account. We agreed and continued business until the March payment, where the business refused to go with payment arrangement. I have wasted almost a year to file a new application while paying the business a monthly fee of $45. I already had an argument that I am not being updated with the situation. I asked them to refund me the money in 2021. During the conversation, we agreed to proceed with a new form of payment until this new issue happened. I have requested a few times to close the case and refund me the money. They refused to do so. I might be in financial distress, but it does not mean I can be taken for a ride. I am asking for a refund of the full amount that has been paid, close to $1000. I cannot deal and argue with people who do not follow through with arrangements or change their mind. I have told them three times for cancellation of service. This is the final request.

Tax Response Center was very helpful in accomplishing my desired results. They were successful in drastically reducing my income tax liability by 97.5%. Granted, I qualified under IRS guidelines but I merely paid fees to Tax Response Center and made out a check to the IRS once my "Offer In Compromise" was approved. I was happy with this company because they made the process pretty simple. Accordingly, I certainly recommend them to anyone desiring to pursue reduction of delinquent tax issues.
