Tavola / Emile Henry review: Fake return policy

Caporal weeks ago we purchased various cooking pots from the French manufacturer Emile Henry at the Tavola store in the City Centre Mall in Seef, Manama, Bahrain, upon arriving home, we tried the pots in the stove with some water as usual and one of them cracked, since the shop bill said that they had a 14 days return policy, I went there in less than 24 hrs and returned the pot explaining what happen.

They simply told me that they had to contact the manufacturer and they will let me know about if can make a return of the the 42 Dinars that the pot costs ( 87 Euros ) or replace the same, since I did not hear from them I did contact caporal days ago the manufacturer in their email but they also keep quite, so I guess that they did not intend enven to answer which means I will ensure that neither my family nor my employees ever buy anymore from that shop not that brand.
