Talabat Middle East review: Theft

I want to report that talabat rider in Bahrain took the money to change it only to ended up to steal the money. I repeatedly contacted the talabat service and they don’t provide any help so far. They only keep asking me to wait till they resolve the issue but I clearly don’t see any action from their team. I simply asking to return my own money but turned out they can’t or don’t want to do it. Otherwise why would they keep saying that someone will contact me in a short time but no one ever did, unless I contacted them myself. And one more thing on my complaint they already closed the case without resolving my issue
