I’m writing to formally express my concerns regarding both the quality of service I received and the conduct of Frederick Herot, Vice President of Marketing, during a recent engagement with your firm.
We retained T3 Sixty for a marketing and strategy consultation, expecting industry-level insights, a thoughtful audit, and actionable guidance. Unfortunately, what we received was underwhelming at best. The deliverables were generic, lacked depth, and showed minimal understanding of our business goals. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were missed, and there was a general absence of the professionalism we expected from a firm of your reputation.
Additionally, I need to report that my interactions with Mr. Herot raised serious concerns. On multiple occasions, he made comments that I found inappropriate and discomforting. His tone and behavior did not reflect the standards of professionalism I associate with a leadership-level consultant. This made an already disappointing engagement feel even more difficult to manage.
I believe in accountability, and I hope that T3 Sixty takes matters like this seriously. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how this will be addressed — both in terms of the service quality and the behavioral concerns.
