Syracuse News Paper / The Post Standard review: Full refund

We Received an advertisement card in the mail stating a limited time offer/ edition was available if paid by 11/14/2022. It was $.99 a week for the weekly Sunday newspaper and included the thanksgiving edition at no additional cost. we paid in advance which was requested to get the special edition. the total $51.48 was charged to our credit card on 11/04/2022. We received no newspapers, Have called numerous times to notify them. I have since requested a full refund only to be told the check has been mailed, the refund has to be approved by management the last was check was mailed that day. the last call that I was able to reach someone was 11/28/2022.
