I have delivery theft and mail theft occurrences were another black female or male will pose at my door or outside my building number 13 and hold a sign or they just say that I, Carolyn Moore or Carolyn Renae Moore has moved to another apartment pointing to another door for delivery and the delivery persons obey them thinking it's okay how can you help me stop theft

I recently wrote the following but did not request all monies to be delivered a theft just occurred.money was also being stolen by Eithia Morgan and her family and friends in apartment 88 six feet living distance from my door who pose as me and place notes on my door to give my packages and gifts to her and her door. I have reported it. She also shares it with the employees at my apartment complex to avoid being charged.
