I normally don’t leave reviews, but people need to know what actually happens when you try to withdraw from Sweeps Royal.
I requested an $850 withdrawal and immediately completed every verification step they asked for. They confirmed they forwarded everything to their “Compliance Team”… and then nothing. Days passed, then more days. Every email I sent got the same copy-and-paste response about how my request was “currently being processed,” yet not a single actual update or timeline was provided.
It’s now well beyond any reasonable timeframe, and they still refuse to give a payout date, tell me what’s causing the delay, or even confirm whether approval has happened. Their support emails go in circles and avoid answering basic questions.
At this point, it’s clear that their “Compliance Team” excuse is just a stall tactic, and users are left stuck for days or weeks with money they can’t access.
And honestly? After this experience, I truly believe that all the people claiming they got fast payouts or had a “great experience” are either the company itself posting fake reviews or bots trying to bury the real complaints. I don’t see how any normal player could go through this and call it positive.
