I ordered some clothes from Swap a while ago. They had these really great discounts, but when I was charged I realized no discounts were applied. They said that it was a mistake on their website. So I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my order. They promised to call me back later. Several days passed and no one from the company contacted me, so I decided to call them myself. They said that there was nothing they could do because items were already shipped. I did receive the clothes, quality was rather poor. I'm so disappointed. They never wanted to help me and never would call me, because they wanted to keep my money. Horrible!
super scam!
I purchased some clothes from Swap while I was pregnant. But the items I received were horrible quality and sizes were incorrect. So I contacted Swap customer service in order to get a refund. They asked me to send everything back to them. I paid the return shipping fee and sent items back. I waited patiently, but heard nothing from them, so I decided to contact them to check if everything was fine. Their rep said that they did receive everything, but they cannot offer me a refund since the items were damaged. Absolute lie! I never even warn those clothes, because they were extremely small. After many hours of fighting with them I ended up getting a $10 refund. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this scam website!
not posting items
I sent a box of baby clothes to sell to swap.com. It is said that it will be posted in 10-15 business days. They received my box on May 22. It is now July 1 and nothing has been posted. I emailed the first time and they said to give them another 5-7 days. After 10 days passed I emailed again and they said to give them another 1-3 days which now has been 9 days ago. This to me is horrible customer service and I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone.

seller provided wrong order
Stay away from the website www.swap.com. I ordered some clothes for my son from them, but these jerks delivered completely different things and the size was too big for him. It was awful, ‘coz I already returned the order, but the seller continued to keep silence. I have no idea what to do now. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

they charged me for the delivery without my notice
I bought some clothes for my daughter from the website www.swap.com. It was mentioned that the deliver was for free for the first order over $30. My order was $50 and I haven’t paid for the delivery, but these jerks charged me for it without my notice. This company is really bad and unprofessional, so share any info about them. But I won’t recommend this website.

I found the advertisement of the girl, who posted on the website www.swap.com that she wanted to sell her iPod. I contacted her and asked about the price. She told me that she wanted to get about $300. I agreed to transfer this sum, and she provided her phone number. I waited 3 weeks, but I still haven’t received the order. I decided to call her, but the phone number didn’t exist. She scammed me, as well as the moderators from this website refused to help me. Please, share this info.
