Hi everybody! I am trying to solve a problem with my new Vitara and Suzuki Italy. I got my new car on January 04, 2023 nice car! BUT no security sensors inside! Vitara is known as the most security equipped in his category, but mine arrived without. No one from Suzuki Italy, neither from the local Suzuki dealer, informed me about! I paid the normal price, but car was not was meant to be! Till now, no response from Suzuki Italy about my complaints. On the Italian web, everybody now knows Suzuki Italy do not care about customers... And I am very disappointed since this is my second Suzuki (Baleno bTop first and now Vitara Top). Could you make Suzuki Italy to change their mind and repair such incredible situation? I will pursue Suzuki by law, but I do prefer to get a better Suzuki Italy customer service. I'll wait for your answer, thanks!
