Suzuki Alto vxl ags

Hope you all are giving us good cars for daily life I am a lover of Suzuki, but there is a bit complain about alto in Pakistan Suzuki is giving as AGS technology which is not find sometimes when we give throttle to car it doesn't response it's engine make a lot roar while driving there is no CVT transmission in alto no push start even they are giving only 2 speakers in top of the line model not giving digital climate control seriously AGS technology is dangerous to imagine when a sick person is sitting on the car and car roar and gives pushes kindly do something for it

Suzuki Poor Service

Hi,
It's about FIVE MONTHS, i made a mistake booking a car through you guys via UBL. And till the date didn't get the delivery. Without getting the car, I am paying Installments like fools since the date I have booked the car. Given date was 15th Dec 2020, and I'm still waiting for it without knowing when this will happen. Can I ask what kind of service you guys are giving to your loyal customers? Is it based on blufs? Making them fool. No one is ready to take the responsibility. When we are asking one of the concerned people, they are unable to give us any soothful response. Why? Is there any responsible person who can tell us the exact status of my order? Suzuki Poor service

I have booked a car (Cultus AGS) through UBL Bank and mini motors, under the booking id-[protected] and got the delivery date of 15th Dec 2020. It's been 4 months now and still it's not handed over to me. I have called several times to the bank and booking agent and they are unable to give me any update. Can i get any update on this? Why is so late? How long it's going to take?

Suzuki I am complaining about suzuki swift 2018 model zdi amt modet

I am owning a 2018 model swift zdi automatic variant and I was having a complaint in my gear transmission from second to first. I had the same trouble since I serviced 30000 km and now its 60000 km I run and requested the service centre to fix the compliant and they put this compliant as silly and didn't rectify that and now they are saying you need to change your clutch plate I don't know how this amt vehicle undergo repair of clutch since it was 30k, km while the manual is changing clutch by 90k, km. I took an extended warranty on my vehicle also even though the service centre (popular) is saying its your mistake and I used to say that I am one among who services vehicle on time. I should recommend the company as a failure of making amt vehicles.

Suzuki I am complain about suzuki global authorities

I want to buy the suzuki gsx r150 in India. If suzuki company won't launch the gsx r150 in India then suzuki should be discontinued the gsx r150 from global because here in India the most awaited bike is gsx r150 personally me. Sir I am waiting for this bike from 2016 it was my dream bike. If suzuki lunch the bike in my country then definitely I the 1st owner of the bike.
If the massage successfully forward to suzuki global then sir plz plz plz... Lunch the bike in India in 2021 january 1st week before it was the only competitor of yamaha r15 v3 and I hate the yamaha brand and love the suzuki brand...

And it was a complain from India through with a suzuki lover

Suzuki Red tapes in buying suzuki jimny models

I was adamant to buy jimny here in the philippines but was turned off when local agents asked for additional one hundred fifty thousand pesos more of the vehicle srp. If I paid the said amount I will be privileged to get a unit immediately. This is corruption and this reflects to suzuki company as a whole.

What I did is buy from mitsubishi motors instead.
I don't condone corruption, never will I buy anything from suzuki motors.

Suzuki 2019 s cross

My 2019 Suzuki S Cross was involved in an accident in January 2019. Should have been totaled, but was repaired after 80 days. My issue is I bought as an economy car which got 17 to 19 km/ l and after the repair and at least 15 times to the shop it now only get 8 km/ l in city and maybe 12 km/ l on the highway.

Suzuki does nothing about it. My wife's Mazda CX-5 gets better mpg than mine. I have complained and complained. Axel does nothing about it at Suzuki Kabah, cancun, Mexico. I am going to sell it and never buy another suzuki. The service is terrible. I am so frustrated that Suzuki says it will get 17 to 21 km/l and I get via normal driving 8 to 12 km/ l
The average speed is always at 25 even after driving 110 km all day.

I have complained, complained and nothing gets done.

I hope one day Suzuki gets your [censored] together.

Suzuki Suzuki swift

My car Rego is MUM15S
I bought a car 2014 NSW. Since I bought it I was't happy with a car big noicy.

when I did the service mechanic said is normal for the suzuki.
Now I found on top outside there is strips two long sides one strip is missing gone is only 6 years old car. Inside the rubbers round the doors coming off the car only 6 years old. USB broken within few months I bought it . I think is a faulty with manufacture . I had Toyota for 14 years never had any problem.
Please consider fixing the problem or change the car.

Suzuki Faulty car

My Name is Dr Ibad Ur Rehman Baig. I am a user of Suzuki Cultus (2018 Model). I bought it brand new from Suzuki Dealership. Since the purchase of the car there happen to be a noise at the level of suspension. I have visited many time to authorized dealership they address the problem but after some time the noise came back again. My Car Front suspension is making Noise (khar khar) from the day first, it was delivered to me.
I had this complaint resolved 2 times in the past but the Car makes noise again and again.from the Front Suspension.
Last time a person from the Suzuki dealership told me that Pak Suzuki has acknowledged this issue in New Cultus and Pak Suzuki ordered all the dealerships to do pasting job in Lower Arms of the Car.
Last time, when the issue was resolved in my Car from Dealership, after 1 week it made the same noises again from the Front Suspension.
I am looking for a permanent fix in my car rather than going back again and again for this same issue.
Please refer me to the dealership so that they could solve my Car Issue.

Dear Sir,

Thank You for your prompt response. I received a call from Naseer Autos Karachi on Friday. They gave me an appointment on monday, So I went there with my car, they checked the issue again & they took my car. I would like to remind you that this is my 5th time for the same issue.

First They change front shocks (work done on Naseer Autos).
On the 2nd time, they change lower arms (work done on Naseer Autos).
Then on 3rd time, they did something which they did not tell us, it was something with bush or nuts i don't know (work done on Naseer Autos).
On the 4th time, they told me that Pak Suzuki had officially acknowledged the problem and they did lower arm pasting (I didn't remember the exact name) but the issue remains the same. (work done on Mecca Motors). After that Mecca motors was converted to KIA Mecca motors.
This time they did lower Arm Removing, Refitting and Sealer pasting (Below is the picture attached for reference), but I am not satisfied.
I received a call this morning that my car is ready. I went to pick my car, drove with one of the Naseer autos auto technicians to check the issue, I felt the problem is still there but that mechanic/technician was unable to acknowledge it. It may be due to that rushy road & the low intensity of voice but since I came back with my car I feel like there is something loose in the suspension. now there seems to be a different kind of voice. I believe the problem is still there & as it happens before the voice will come again with time. I have been reassured many times by these autos spokes people the problem has been resolved and it won't happen again but it did. I am not satisfied with the work done & I think the fault is still there. I believe the fault is in the steering rack which needs to be replaced, otherwise it will continue to make voices again & again.

I am writing this email in the hope that my problem would not only be addressed but resolved completely this time.

We are AVIS Rent A Car KSA biggest rental company in the Middle east. We delivered our Suzuki MPV Van Chas.MHYDN7A55HJ401809 to your agent in Jeddah Ahmed Bamarouf for engine not starting more than 3 weeks ago and so far. They are not able to diagnose the failure giving excuses moreover, their attitude and treatment is inappropriate, aggressive which spoil your reputation as a very famous brand in the Middle east years ago. Please need your support to get our vehicle back as this reflect negatively on our business and in future will impact on purchasing Suzuki brand.

Suzuki Very poor after sales services from suzuki township service centre lahore pakistan

Dear concern,

I love Suzuki vehicles that's why I own 2 Suzuki's including a Suzuki Cultus (4-wheeler) and a Suzuki motorbike GS-150 SE (2-wheeler). Today I am writing to you regarding my Suzuki motorbike leased from your Suzuki Township sales center Lahore after making sure that the said sales center is company operated with well-equipped service center for future vehicle care tare. My motorbike registration number is LEM-19-7405 with your provided file # 12190. My vehicle is regularly maintained by your Suzuki Township service center time to time. I hate modifying my vehicle or going to unauthorize mechanics in the market that is not recommended by Suzuki. That is the reason I got all checkups, oil changes, tunings, parts replacements only and only from company own Suzuki Township service center. All the invoices of these maintenances are paid to sales person which can be checked in your accounting system.

While approaching your company own service center I was expecting that I will be provided with a professional and state of the art after sales services but unfortunately, I have serious complaints and issues regarding your Suzuki Township service center near Akbar Chowk Lahore. When I was ready to purchase your Suzuki bike, I was in contact with your 2 sales centers in Lahore and both of them wanted me to buy vehicle from them. Anyway, I decided to buy from Suzuki Township because it was very near to my residence and easier for me to approach for future visits and vehicle care tare. I was shocked to see that everything changed after completing my purchase. The Suzuki Township staff that forced me to buy from them instead any other sales outlet frequently asked me to get my vehicle inspected and maintained to any other service center if I can because they are busy or they have no time. If I am insisting to get my vehicle checked specifically from them I need to wait for hours. Most of the times I am asked next day visit and then again next day and so on... Dear concern I respect your staff and understand the workload or their busy schedule but no one is free, everybody is busy. If we understand and pay respect to your staff, we expect the same towards us. Mr. Akmal is service center supervisor but unfortunately, he is not very helping and able to resolve the issues. He should be there with smile and service but unfortunately, most of the times he has nothing except excuses. I remember once I approached him to get my headlight bulb changed. As usual he asked me to come tomorrow but I have no other choice because I have to travel at night. He kept me waiting for around an hour for a simple bulb change took only 2 minutes to change. I then contacted Mr. Waseem Akram the manager sales and service center. Unfortunately, he is always not able to help me instead favoring their staff and internal issues.

Another incident is when I have a confirm appointment for my bike tune up. When I reached the service center, they refused to provide me services for a confirm appointment. I contacted Mr. Akmal and as usually he is there to provide excuses instead services. He asked me to come tomorrow or some other time. I again contacted Mr. Waseem Akram the most helpless person in the center. Instead offering me a solution he started telling me the problems and favoring their staff. I agreed to come next day based on a threat that today they will not offer me satisfactory service but if I will come tomorrow, they will give me good service.

Beyond this background let me tell you the most recent issue with the service center happened yesterday May 29, 2020. My installments were short due to lock down and I have to purchase rear brake back light switch. I called your helpline and asked the recent sales and service center schedule so I may address the said issues. I was advised to visit your sales and service center from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm in Punjab region. I spare some time from my busy schedule and left my office early so I may visit your Suzuki Township sales and service center within scheduled time. Anyway, I reached there at 4:45 pm on May 29, 2020. I was shocked to see all the shutters were down. I got a small glass door opened and tried to enter but security guard stopped me entering. He was very rude person and handled me like I am a third-class person or a beggar (sorry but beggars are also humans and we should pay respect to them). Anyway, I asked him that how you can stop me entering if there are still 15 minutes to close the center. I asked him that I have no issue if you want to screen me as per your company policies due to current Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, I was wearing proper face mask and gloves for my and others safety. Anyways he has no solid reason except ayen, byen, shyen. When he did not let me enter, I asked him to call Mr. Waseem Akram with a hope that he may be able to help me at least today. He came to the shutter or gate of center and started dealing with me like we are meeting in a jail behind the bars. Anyway, I asked him that there are still 15 minutes so please ask your security guard to let me enter the sales & service center. He refused and asked me to discuss my concerns behind the bars. I again asked him that there is very hot outside. I am your customer and I am here before closing time so let me enter in the center and I will discuss the issues. You can then refuse me or offer me services based on your feasibility but he straight refused and never let me in. He insisted to ask me what issues I have outside in the open air and hot weather. When I told him about the bike accessory purchase standing outside, he asked Mr. Akmal who told us that he will check and tell anything tomorrow morning. Eventually all the sales and service center staff left 5 minutes (4:55 pm) before closing time of 5:00 pm. Normally what is the general practice is gates remain opens until closing time reaches and anyone can enter with valid reason. After closing none can enter but people already in are provided the required services. Please ask this incident from sales and service center staff and if they refuse please check the CCTV footage of mentioned time. Everything will be crystal clear.

Respected concern, I never ask any kind of favor or help out of the way from your sales and service center staff. I respect your terms of services and always obey that. Whenever I need a tune up, I ask for an appointment 2 or 3 days before. I request services from your service center within company scheduled time. I always pay whatever is invoiced me in terms of parts and labor charges. I always pay respect to your staff then why your service center staff deals with me with such poor services and ill-mannered attitude? Believe me I never feel that I am dealing with a company operated service center. Even the unauthorized and illiterate mechanics in the open market offers better services and attitude then Suzuki Township service center.

I request you to please check all these issues with your Suzuki Township sales and service center and got them resolved for now and forever so I am always happy after visiting the said service center. I am sure a vast majority of my locality is affected with such conduct of Township service center. Please check the reviews of this service center on Google maps where most of the people are saying manner less staff. I did not posted my Google reviews yet and I will post them after your response to this complaint. If you will give me immediate, proper and permanent solution I will definitely post great reviews otherwise I have no other choice to post terrible reviews and replace my Suzuki vehicle with a Honda 150 or Yamaha. I prefer Suzuki vehicle over Honda, Yamaha and I am sometime repenting now due to poor after sales services. Hopefully on basis of this complaint you will pay immediate attention to the issues I highlighted above and resolve them for now and forever.

One last thing, before forwarding this complaint to you I made a phone call to manager Mr. Waseem Akram and asked him if he can address my issues and provide me better services next time before I forward this complaint to concerned officials so that there are no issues with the service center staff due to this complaint. Instead listening or resolving my issues as per his duty, he straight told me to forward the complaint where you want.

Suzuki Suzuki cultus 2017 model - low quality paint resulting in rusted car

We Purchased brand new Suzuki Cultus model 2017 from Suzuki showroom in Faisalabad, Pakistan. With in 06 months car is showing extremely poor quality of paint. All doors from inside and outside body is turning orange due to rust. Even after multiple complaints and service requests within Warranty period, no action is taken.

Please just answer the simple question you need to train your people to simply do their job in the service department

I own and bought from you Jimny 2020 license plate BSP069. The car is fantastic! Best small suv!

For example: I need to know about the taillights today:

Which Jimny color wire is for left indicator?

Which Jimny color wire is for right indicator?

Which color cable (s) of the Jimny is for right brakes?

What color cable (s) from the Jimny is for left brakes?

What color Jimny wire is for ground?

Which color (s) of the Jimny (s) activates the red earnest light when all lights are on at night?

Your response should be easy.

Do not transfer me anywhere do you not tell me what number I can call do not offer me any other Avenue just simply answer these questions please please please!

Suzuki South africa

I purchased a used Suzuki dzire automatic for R178000 and was told Suzuki can easily get parts, it won car of the year, IT IS A PIECE OF TRASH. The dzire is now worth half its value because apparently the car has no market value. No wants it.

All the dealership would say was why didn't I shop around before I bought the car. Obviously Suzuki cannot be trusted.

I was lied to by the dealership. Parts are not easy to find. The car began swaying on the highway. I found out later it was an Uber car. The car was in a car accident not disclosed time of the accident

Suzuki Engine block crack

I have a 2010 grand vitara and I replaced an engine with a cracked engine block, on 9/2019, the importer back than told me then that there is no warranty, though evident for a serial casting failure. Now I saw that you do have a warranty for that cracked block and the importer still dismisses me because I replaced that engine. What is your policy on that?

Suzuki Suzuki sx-4 hatchback 2012

I bought a new Suzuki swift gl in 1994. I drove this car for 14 years without any big motor problem, after that some parts were change, but this was acceptable and drove 4 years more. I was recommending everybody about Suzuki. In the end of 2011 I have bought new Suzuki Sx-4 hatchback year 2012 . Since the car was 6 years old it starts with some problem like; master-cylinder break leakage, motor supporters, front and back shock absorber, cv joints inner board and now is the water pump.
I know that every manufacturer is fabricating for less durability, as the economy can continue and grow, but this is not the way.
Besides your parts are very very expensive.
I am considering not to buy Suzuki anymore and I dis recommend every one. I have heard that the auto dealer in Curacao sold some car that were taking out of circulation or refurbished, and sell them as new. My chassis-number is: JS2YA21S1C6301850.

Suzuki Suzuki grand vitara did not open

2 weeks ago a grand vitara suzuki automobile fell in to a valley but none of the airbags released. This accident happened in Tehran, Iran. The car got damaged in front, by sides in addition of roof. I request you to investigate this matter and send your experts to get results and investigate The reason of not releasing airbags.
