Our Church Had a Vanilla Gift Card That was stolen. Our gift card dispute was ticket [protected]. I Am Jamie Dudley The card holder for the church. The card which was hacked was [protected]. Card expires 12/30 security code 872. Dispute Resolution sent a card for $253.34. The gift card sent [protected]/32 security code 864 was stolen before We could even use it. I went to purchase Items on Amazon for $172.65 and card was rejected. Payment Decline Order # [protected]. I called [protected] on 2/5/2024 to check balance and it was $2.40 . Went to Heller's Hardware store and bought a bag of cable ties for $1.58 with balance left on card for .82 cents. Auth: 283261 AMT: $ 1.58 . Amount on card stolen was $251.76.

Claimed loss: $251.76

Desired outcome: $251.76
