Beware of Savery USA LLC. It seems to be a pattern with Savery - bill and receive money in advance, deliver a few unusable or defective pieces of equipment and disappear with the money. We've had the same experience that the The Rare Hawaiian Honey Company from Waimea, HI and Supranaturals Llc from Springville, UT have had - check out their reviews on Kinnek. Here is what you can expect from Savery - especially if you have paid them their invoices on time: Lies, deception, and missed timelines. Ignored or sporadic communications. Equipment that fails state inspections. We are currently working with an attorney to recover our funds. The one piece of equipment that was made in-house at Savery, a pasteurizer, failed multiple state inspections and is unusable. In addition, they owe us money for undelivered equipment and won't let us know when the rest of our equipment will arrive. Nor will they refund our money despite repeated requests. To add insult to injury, they tell other customers that our project is on halt because of "money issues" implying that we haven't paid. The lies are stupendous, especially when they are sitting on a large amount of our money that was taken upfront stating that all equipment was ready to ship.
