I placed an order for 2 jerseys at $37.98 each on Nov 25, 2010. Toal came to $116.03 with shipping charges. It is now Jan 29 and I have not received what I purchased. I did receive one jersey, but it was one I did not order. Supply Jerseys refuses to refund my money. All I get is emails in fragmented english telling me I should be more understanding. All I know is they were quick to take my money and that I have nothing to show for it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered an NHL jersey directly from the http://www.wholesalejerseys-zone.net!/ website. The order confirmation came back and I tried to pay with Paypal or Mastercard as was listed in their accepted methods of payment. Several e-mails went back and forth after their stating that Paypal wasn't working and that they couldn't process my Mastercard. These e-mails went back and forth on a daily basis. I reluctantly agreed to pay with Western Union (I should have known better). To make a long story short, my jersey arrived three weeks later and when I opened the package, I discovered that they did not complete my order as listed and that they had sent me another player's jersey instead. I immediately sent them an e-mail and filled out a "Contact Us" form from their website. They replied that the factory was no longer producing the player jersey that I requested, (even though it is still listed on their website) and that they substituted a different player jersey. I was never informed that my ordered jersey was not in stock before they took this action. In my response, I explained that it was not acceptable and that they had no right to substitute another jersey without my permission and that I expected them to correct the problem. I have sent them over a dozen e-mails and they are no longer responding. In my last e-mail, I told them that my only recourse was to start telling others my story so that they don't fall prey to these types of people who know that they have you by the short hairs. Take my advice... don't deal with http://www.wholesalejerseys-zone.net! or with http://www.wholesalejerseysvip.net, which are one and the same business. In addition, if you do buy sports jerseys elsewhere, NEVER agree to pay for your order woth Western Union or MoneyGram. You have absolutely no protection against these people. My order came find and the attached pic is not the latest order, just the biggest however I did never get the Jets Hat i ordered and i contacted them about a refund/credit and they helped me just find. The jerseys are good quality too and despite reading on there website where it looks like all the comments are fake, I actually am very satisfied with there service. (Mainly because the throwback jets Joe Namath jersey arrived with a 300$ price tag on it i paid like 20 + shipping) Best of luck resolving your order problems.
Save the confirmation emails and numbers from your order helps!
Same here. Ordered in september and still have only gotten half of what I ordered.
I got ripped off, too. I have not received any response to my complaints. I ordered back in January: wish I would have done a company search first. Never, ever order from this company.
I got ripped off too. A christmas present for me with extra paid to get it there on time. To date, no jersey and we just that same form email every time I try to contact.
Someone please so something about this fraud.
