After installation of the pool & pool spa, we noticed many things were wrong with the workmanship, cosmetics and the performance of the equipment. We reached out numerous times. The issues that were addressed became more of a problem when fixed. 1. Round nose edges were rough. When fixed the chemical used caused discoloration to the concrete deck. They said they would stain the deck at no cost, but to our findings, they actually painted the deck and now it is flaking and peeling off and is too hot to walk on barefooted. 2. The French drain put in never provided proper drainage of natural areas as promised to keep all the clay/mud out of the pool. Every time we had a hard rain the pool filled with mud. They response to that was we don't get that many hard rains. 3. It has been 3 years and they have yet to fix the major issues with the air blower. I have reached out to the manufacture of the equipment, and they have sent out their certified techs which have replaced the air blower twice. They have advised me to contact the original installer due to it is not the actual air blower that is defective, but something is restricting the airflow from the blower to the spa underground and the blower is unable to push through, causing it to overheat. This is due to the installation and/or plumbing. We have contacted Superior by phone/ email and the owner Peter has also been out to the house. The last email we sent was on October 26, 2020, at 4:13 pm requesting pool warranty information and to advise them that we were contacting the manufacturer Jandy about the air blower that Superior can't or neglects to fix. Still no response! With the new information of why the air blower has not worked and will continue not to work explains why Superior has not fixed the problem Due to the extensive cost, it will be to tear out all the concrete etc... to get to the root of the problem. This I believe they knew all along and is why they have yet to make it right

Desired outcome: Have the problem fixed so that the air blower is able to work like it is supposed to - paint removed from deck and stained - all cost in doing this will be absorbed by Superior pools.
