Superior Auto Hillsdale Michigan 49242 review: Our desired outcome is to either refund all our money or get us the plate and title of the car

I/we, Natashia Louise Walter and Patrick Allen Karpanai, purchased a 2006 Buick Lacrosse with the vin number being 2g4wc582861253290 blue in color. From Superior Auto in Hillsdale Michigan at the address of 3191 W. Carleton Road Hillsdale Michigan 49242. We paid the down payment of $1,500.00 down and also paid for the Title and the License Plate and all this was on August 24, 2022. We were given a temporary plate that expired on September 8, 2022, we were told that we were going to get the regular plate by that time and we still have not received it and according to Secretary of State there was not title and plate ordered from Superior Auto. The finance company is SAC finance inc. It is now September 13, 2022 and we have not gotten the plate and Patrick had gotten a ticket for driving on expired temporary plate. Melodie Swart is the lady that is the one who sold us the car, she is now saying that she will not return our money or get us the plate. We also made a one month payment in the amount of $300.00, and she also said she will not refund us that money as well.
