Super Tweaks review: Supply of parts

Michael from this company just called me and called me a F**king C*** and that he would come to my home and kill me for defrauding him.

I asked them to refund me straight after my purchase (as I read trustpilot reviews), and they wouldn't without a spurious 25% restocking charge (their profit margin?) after paying a hefty delivery charge. I called my bank to report the transaction and asked them to reverse the payment, fully expecting to be scammed, but in the meantime the parts were sent.

Obviously my bank have now drawn the money from Michael, which prompted him to call me, threaten to kill me and insult me.

I wouldn't ever deal with this awful firm again, please be wise and steer clear.
