SUPER REWARDS Complete Hoax

Inside Facebook on-line games you earn or purchase virtual coins that are used to play the games. Many businesses sell items with an attached "Super Rewards" to earn game credits when you buy something. I fell for an offer for DirectTV and was promised over 1200 gaming coins, let me say, complete hoax. What I find ironic is even Direct TV says "we are two seperate entities", but they sure weren't seperate when I clicked on offer, I was swept quickly to DirectTV's website to sign up, but now they say they are not connected. SuperRewards has no way to contact them through their website and Facebook forwards the issue to DirectTV to respond. Stay away from game credits or coins on Facebook or SuperRewards, all lies!

Hi,
There's a link on the game's offer page either "View Offer Status" or "Get Help" which will take you to Super Rewards. You can then select the offer in question from the list of offers you've viewed and submit a claim. Response is within 24 hours but you'll have to provide a proof of completion like your order confirmation email.

If you have trouble finding the contact link, then email offer-points@srpoints.com and provide them with the name of the game and copy of your Directv order.

Super Rewards are super scammers. They don't make good on their obligation to give the promised reward, which is not even cash. Please read reviews and think twice before agreeing to take their survey, or you'll regret being defrauded of your precious time!

I totally agree! In fact I even tried doing daily surveys but when filling my profile, it doesn't even continue. (I contact the support on this, although they replied something will be fixed but still the same issues). I don't even get for viewing videos. What are they doing with advertiser income? Importantly, how on earth did even got BBB Accredited? This definitely needs being shutdown as to what it's worth!

Super rewards is a total scam. No where on their website does it say that one must be sure to take screenshots of everything you do as you will be required to upload the screenshots and spend hours dealing with customer service before your RPs will be awarded...if ever. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on them and they have hundreds of complaints. I'm in the process of trying to collect RPs on over 100 offers that I have completed on my end WITH SCREENSHOTS. Still it is a very time consuming and frustrating process. Someone needs to shut this scammer down!

SuperRewards used to be one of the better services of this variety, but they've sunk to a rather terrible level. Little to none of their offers reward you after completion. Even if you accept cookies, are using a supported browser and OS, provide accurate information and fulfill every requirement, you will not get a reward. To add to this, SuperRewards does not appear to double check the offers on their offer wall: Many offers are mislabeled (which prevents support from rewarding you for completing them) and there are many duplicate offers (which you will not be rewarded for if you complete both).

The only way to gain anything by using SuperRewards is to contact customer support on each and every offer you complete. This can be a painful process. You need proof that you completed an offer. Some offers are impossible to provide proof for. The websites that SuperRewards supports are almost all malicious, scams, or seeking personal information. Thus, most of the websites you sign up for with an email will not send you a confirmation email - which SuperRewards requires as proof of completion - but instead send you heaps of spam mail that will not prove anything. If you're thinking of sending them a screenshot of registering for this, forget it. They only accept screenshots for download/installation offers.

Download/installation offers are the only effective way of using SuperRewards. Since the programs are malicious, however, you would be installing tons of malware, tracking cookies, toolbars and data miners onto your PC. There are ways to get around this while still completing the offers, but really, sites like these shouldn't be supported in the first place. For these offers, you do not need a confirmation email. Instead, you need to send SuperRewards screenshot proof that you have downloaded and installed the program. Hopefully, they will accept it and you will be rewarded. That, however, is if you are lucky. Their support becomes extremely poor here: Many times I send them a screenshot of this, and they tell me to send them a confirmation email. I tell them 'This is a download and installation offer, there is no registration, so my screenshot provides proof that I have completed this offer.' I am then, more often than not, denied and completely ignored. Even when I ask why I did not qualify after providing evidence of each step's completion, they completely ignore me. Some of their support members do not seem to know how their offers work or the requirements for completing them, since I often have to send a screenshot two to three times for them to realize this is not an offer requiring a confirmation-email as proof of completion.

While SuperRewards doesn't personally take your personal information, they support sites that do. While their support replies relatively quickly, it's very poor. Their offer wall has also gotten worse - when it started, many more offers worked (still only about 20% of them) without having to contact customer support (their support, while it was even worse than it is now, at least did not use completely copy+pasted email responses). Instead of trying to find out why their offers are not working correctly, they blame their users by saying they are not completing them correctly, even when they provide more than ample evidence. Even after many successes I have had with their download/installation offers, their poor business practices leave me very disappointed.

Super Rewards is nothing more then a data mining business. They make money off of your personal information. They do this by selling your personal information to other company's. Mainly advertisement company's. I too have been though everything I have read in the other comments on this page. The biggest draw back I had was a survey I took that was for diabetes. This Diabetes company has been calling me for a year now even after I told them no one in the house has Diabetes. I even told them the person they are trying to contact has died and to please stop calling for the person because it causes me emotional grief every time they call. Long and behold and on que, every Friday at 9AM, THEY CALL!. All thanks to Super Rewards.

How can a company like that keep on existing? I dont get it...
About 2 months ago I had 2 euros stolen by them, as I followed a ringtone link and I actually got SMS and password which was supposed to be a prove. I even got a ringtone from the ringtone page. SR didnt give me the promised credits. Even that I sent them the text of the SMS, the password and I had 8 emails from them in my email regarding that issue nothing was solved.. I cancelled the ringtone service before I was ripped off further.
Yesterday I installed a program from their links named Youtube Grabber. That thing associated with Chrome and filled any website I saw with crap and commercials. I not only didnt get credits from SuperRewards one more time but had to hurry to uninstall the Grabber and associated crap.
My question is, obviously SuperRewards is a scam and fraud, why do they still exist and operate on the global Internet market freely?

Yep SuperRewards is just another of the long list of online scammers. If you do a quick search on them you are aware from day one that the company is not exactly above board.

I suggest browsing this site, if you have any questions...
http://ptc-investigation.com

Pretty much a give in that there is nearly no positive comments about them. If you like Surveys, if you want to make legitimate money or anything make sure to go to a service like SurveyScout who's been around for five plus years.

They don't ask for any fees to join, there is an open support ticket area and everyone there actually confirms who you are before paying. Remember, just a quick search sorts it out.

I deal with Super Rewards on 2 websites, both of which I continue to be ripped off. They basically act as the middle man for those hoping to earn extra cash, rewards or credits for their favorite websites/stores by applying for partner offers, aka 'surveys'. These offers require you to do anything from enter your personal information and browse through and click 'yes' or 'no' on various offers, all the way up to purchasing trials of various products and services.

I am one of the many people who's favorite websites use Super Rewards, and I am forced to deal with this awful company. It is very rare for an offer that I have fully completed to go through and I be rewarded with no problem. I would say 90% of the time they ask for 'more information'. After you submit a ticket when your completed offer does not go through, which it won't 90% of the time, they send you an automated response asking for an email confirmation. Many offers do not send confirmation emails however, this is why myself along with many others send screen shots, and most of the time, they are fine as proof.

With Super Rewards however, they do all they can to make sure you do NOT get what you were promised. If you provide a screen shot, they want a confirmation email. If you provide a confirmation email, they want a screen shot. Sometimes you provide both and they don't even reply!

On multiple occasions I have provided the proof needed, however they have yet to reward me, and this goes for both sites I use that use SuperRewards. There are employees that do not care for screen shots as well, and will absolutely reject the offer, and it is obvious some employees are just determined to reject EVERY offer, regardless of proof or not. All replies also seem automated, like they are skimmed through by someone and an auto message is sent, nothing I have ever received from them is personal.

They also do not always give you your rewards that have been approved! On several occasions I have had to contact the website using super rewards and wait until Super Rewards finally got back to them.

I also fill out every offer with accurate personal information, and if a confirmation email does come through, I always confirm it. This is one of the reasons that my inbox tends to get 5000+ spam messages PER MONTH.

I have dealt with them, and I do agree with you, but there are some things I did differently. I have a prepaid phone and did an offer which awarded me 15000 points for signing up to Fly Cell. I don't mind, I'm a ringtone fanatic, so I took the offer. I waited a day before filing a complaint with Super Rewards. I had given them the PIN for confirmation as well as telling them the exact text messege.

I did get a response, but it was an automated response, telling me to supply the PIN and steps I took in doing the offer. I thought, ok, and did exactly what they said. I gave them the PIN once more, the exact text from the messege, and listed the steps I took in completing the offer. About and hour later I received another automated response from Super Rewards telling me that I did not supply the information ask and my case would be closed.

At that time I was all kinds of livid, so I did use some very nasty words. I basically told them that I gave them the information they asked for, so what was the hold up? Again, they gave me another automated response asking for a copy of the confirmation, PIN, etc. In the mean time I had contacted a lawyer and inquired about what could be done.

Basically, this company is using deceptive business practices. I was not going to file any kind of suit against them, but I wanted to know what I was dealing with. Super Rewards asks you to do certain offers, even paid offers, and rewards you points for doing so. Super Rewards will try their hardest to avoid paying out those points. If they were to pay, they would be losing part of the revenue from the actual rewarder, the company you did the offer with.

In knowing this, I filed one last complaint, telling them that I had given them all the information they had asked for several times and was not going to do so again. I did also mention that I contacted a lawyer, and they are operating under deceptive business practice, and would be filed against if I so choose. Needless to say, I was rewarded my points the very next day.

This just goes to show you that Super Rewards is a company that is not to be trusted. As a side, I have also been banned from using their rewards system, and I am happy. That just goes to show you how scared they are of an actual suit against them. I would say that anyone who has dealth with them and gotten the run around should consider a lawyer, if you have spent any kind of money of offers and not getting rewards.
