We have left messages on their ivr as you cannot book through the hotel.
We followed procedure. We were called back and all information was gathered and rooms was booked as their was availability. Being hyped up and happy as we will be feasting a child bday on holiday the agent dropped call. Until today 4 days later no one called us back.
Calling back the [protected] long waiting ques, the rooms all gone, now they want to to charge us 4 times the price.
Sun international is a bad service company. Their service pathetic and disgusting. We booked 5 rooms to stay and from 23rd to 28th december 2021... As per the agent availablity was there now nothing,
