We signed a contract to get solar panels installed on 2/5/2022. The installers came to our place and put in the equipment. However, two of the solar panels are cracked and broken, yet they still went ahead and installed them. It's been more than 4 months now, and the installation is still not finished. We have the equipment on our house, but it's not connected and we can't use it. When we asked the contractor about completing the job, they haven't responded.

There are 2 panels on my roof that are cracked, and although they installed the panels and batteries, they never completed the hook up. Our property is a mess due to their negligence. They initially estimated that the job would be completed by April, but it's almost July and I still don't have solar power. They keep telling me that they had to find a new crew, but nothing has been done so far. I just want them to finish the job and replace the two cracked panels.
