I moved out of my rental property on Feb 28, 2022. I took all pictures when I left of how I left the place, know how the property manager has treated me and lied in the past. She claims I left the place dirty as I cleaned and mopped the entire place as well as replaced all mini blinds and called the city to pick up a couch and dresser, all other things were just regular trash when I left. On March 17 I received a certified letter stating I was not getting my security deposit as well as, my $600 overpayment back. They are saying $231.66 for cleaning floors walls and counters and appliances. I learned all of that which my pictures will show replace window screen which I do owe that $52.00, and 1 sink screen $5.50. I replaced all blinds and they are supposed to paint in between rentals, As far as the personal property left on property the sink and countertop and 5-gallon bucket, as well as other construction material, is from the person on the other side of the duplex who doe that works out of his garage. The property manager has treated me poorly since I was in the hospital with covid and almost did not make it out. She has lied to me about the property being sold and that's why I could not resign my lease, when I got an email on December 31, 2021, from Suncoast management saying they wanted to discuss my new lease with mw=e. Also when she made me pay $200 a week until Our Florida paid my rent in Nov the only month I was ever late, and she stated that when Our Florida paid I would get my late fees back, and noe=w she stated I did not sign a stipulation agreement but all of their phone calls are recorded so let's pull them up. They are trying to say I owe them additional $733.41 on top of the $1325 + $600that is so wrong.

Desired outcome: i the money they owe me, $1325.00+$600=41925 - $52.00 $1873- $5.50=$1867.50( If the paint job was $1621.62 minus normal wear and tear of $1298.00 total $323.62 the most I owe for paint)$1873.50 - $323.62=$1549.88 total
