Summerhouse Apartments, Alameda, CA 94501 review: Garbage service at my apartment complex

My name is Janis Rasar [protected]. I am being charged for garbage separately from my rent at 529 Buena Vista Apt 204, Alameda, CA. For February, it's $99.00. I called my landlord at Summerhouse Apartment and she said they have nothing to do with the charges and to call Conservice. I called Conservice and they said they get a bill from Waste Management and they divide the bill among the tenants (around 600). I called Waste Management and they said they don't service Alameda, but to call Alameda County Industries. I called them and they said I'd have to call the apartment manager for the information. DO YOU SEE THE RUNAROUND THEY ARE GIVING ME? No one knows about the $60,000 bill for garbage for February 2022!
