Summer Bay Exploria Resorts review: Timeshare

I am writing this complaint to express my feelings regarding the sales practices that Exploria Resorts has employed to sell a timeshare to my spouse and me. Their high-pressure sales tactics were highly deceptive and manipulative, and our experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths.

We were promised affordable vacation experiences with minimal costs, but instead, we are faced with a significant financial burden that does not live up to the expectations that were set for us. The sales representative misled us by enrolling us in an exchange program, which made the deal seem more attractive. However, we have now realized that this is a blatant example of deceptive business practices.

We feel coerced into signing the timeshare agreement under false pretenses and inaccurate promises. Despite our repeated attempts to decline their offer, we were made to feel like we were missing out on something truly extraordinary if we did not sign the timeshare agreement.
