Suddenly Savings review: Cookware

On July 12, 2022, I was told if I paid $1.95 for shipping cost I would receive a set of cookware. I read all the small print and no where did it mention a charge for $89.95. Once they received my card info I was charged the $1.95 and the $89.95. I had to wait two days to get a phone number [protected]) to call them. When I called they said they would only give me 50% and when I continued to insist on 100% they went up to 80%. I filled a dispute with my bank and then I was told by this company that if I dropped the dispute they would refund my money, and that I had to have my bank on the phone when I talked with to verify that I had cancelled the dispute. Three times I called and three times the bank verified that I had dropped the dispute. They lied. I was told today 8-29_22 that they can't do it and that I had to go to my bank about it. I also found out that the people you talk with at the number above that they are a third party company that handles the account but yet they have no info on this company. Don't react to their emails because it is a SCAM.
