I hired an expert to assist me with an extensive college accounting project. To begin the project, I was required to make an initial deposit of $200.00, which I paid successfully. Once the project was completed, I received a notification stating that I needed to pay the remaining balance in order to download and access the completed work. I then paid the remaining balance of approximately $500.00.
Immediately after making the final payment, I was unable to download or access the completed project. In addition, my entire StudyBay account appeared to be wiped clean. I could no longer view the current order, previous projects, payment history details, or messages with the expert I hired. All prior communications disappeared from my account.
I attempted to contact customer support multiple times by calling [protected], but the call could not be completed as dialed. I also sent emails requesting assistance and have not received any response. It has now been four days without any communication or resolution.
I am requesting immediate assistance with restoring access to my account and projects, as well as clarification regarding the payments that were processed. If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue additional actions to dispute the charges and report the matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
