I got a warning for parking in visitor parking for no registration on my car so I moved it to my parking stall and they towed it anyway they never gave me any kind of notice saying i had to have registretion on the car to even have it on the property what I Want to know is there any one that can help me with finding out if this is legal
It probably is legal. I'd say at least 95% chance of being legal. Since it's an apartment complex, it's the private property of the company that owns the complex. The owners can set the rules for the vehicles in the parking lot. Almost every decent complex in the country has rules pertaining to cars parked in their lot with expired registrations (plates) or inspection stickers if your state has them.
Their vehicle policy is either in the fine print of your lease or in a separate vehicle policy kept at the leasing office that you should be given a copy of upon request.
