Stone N Counters review: Backsplash

Back splash with a chip was supposed to be replaced, when a full counter top was put in They try to fix it but it did not worked out. They said that they will replace it, but no cigar. Still waiting since Nov 10 2021. Called several times, same answer as always they will have it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks is now 6 months. Material type was quarts counter top in kitchen with 41/2"back splash. total price was $ 4,556. The money was all paid up. Don`t understand why it would take that long to replace a 3 foot by 41/2" back splash. Just saying.
