Stone Avenue Standard Apartments review: Safety Incidents and lack of management communication

My young adult moved into Stone Avenue Standard in August of this year. Two violent crimes have occurred in less than two months involving other residents. Management team has only communicated one incident with residents leaving the other for my young adult to investigate.

Security firm hired to patrol the premises does not do so and residents must call to report any safety concerns and request escorting, etc.
