Stickr LLC review: Decal

Was emailed that I was to receive decal to put on back window of my car. I waited but never was received. Finally got tired of waiting that I completely forgot. Until I saw my bank statement. That when I saw charge on account. Item was never received and would like refund amount back in account. I would appreciate all that you can do to resolve this matter. Thank you
