Sthil Dealership Taralgon review: Stihl 271 farmboss chainsaw

Purchased a new chainsaw on 24th of April 2023 I have never owned a chainsaw befor so I thought I buy a decent chainsaw that would last for years and years but it only lasted 2and a half months what a joke I was using it on day and it stopped on me so I took it back to dealership and had to wait over a week befor they could book it in to get checked over finally got phone call on 26september saying that I ran chainsaw with no oil in fuel or it was to lean and burnt out clutch needs new bar /chain bearings etc basically a new chainsaw they said but a my exspence witch is [censored] because sales rep did not show me nothing about the product I bought I fought they would spend some time with me explaining everything I mentioned I will be using it to cut down trees decent size trees not trigs I found out that he put wrong chain on chainsaw soft cut what a joke I even bought new spare chain, sharpener, chainoil, 2stroke oil. he only spent 5 seconds with me explaining how to start adjust chain and fuel mixture he was very percifick in 50 to 1 mix and read instruction book witch I did not get and first day I used it nut spun of bar I've even contacted head office in Knox twice actually over a two week period but with no response. I'm very disappointed and have changed my mind about stihl products. better stihl better buying something cheaper will never recommend the sthil name it's [censored].
