However, I was worried when the delivery date showed that they may not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I knew that my grandson would be disappointed if he didn't get them on the big day.

I was connected with a customer service representative named Jose, who was incredibly helpful right from the start. I recently utilized Steiner Sports to purchase a baseball for my father-in-law, who is a huge fan of the Mets and their players from the 70s and 80s. Although the photo of the ball appeared to be stained, the price was perfect, so I placed my order on their website and was pleased to see that free shipping was included. However, I soon discovered that there was a bit of a catch with their free shipping offer.

Unfortunately, it seems that Steiner Sports is not able to ship their products out as quickly as other companies I have used in the past. In fact, it took them a full week just to acknowledge that they were "processing" my shipment, and then estimated that it would be another 3-4 weeks before the ball would arrive at my doorstep. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering that the money was taken out of my account in under a minute, and yet I still had to wait so long for the ball to actually be shipped.

Overall, I'm not sure that I would use this company again or recommend them to others for anything that I needed immediately. Although their prices might be competitive, their shipping times definitely leave something to be desired. On top of that, I was also frustrated to discover that the review site doesn't accept PDF files as proof of purchase - it's hard to believe that in 2022 that would still be an issue!

All things considered, if you're looking for a good deal and don't mind waiting awhile for your purchase to arrive, then Steiner Sports might be a viable option for you. However, if you're in a hurry or need your products right away, then it might be better to look elsewhere for a more efficient and reliable shopping experience.
