Fanatics Authentic is a dope website for sports fans who want to get their hands on some legit memorabilia. I was stoked to find out about this site and decided to give it a go. The website is easy to navigate and has a ton of cool stuff to choose from. I was able to find some sick autographed jerseys and even some game-used gear from my favorite teams. The prices were pretty reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the items.

I had a few questions about some of the items I was interested in, so I hit up their customer service. I was connected with Eukneique and she was super helpful. She knew her stuff and was able to answer all of my questions. Plus, she was really friendly and made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. I appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend Fanatics Authentic to anyone looking for some sweet sports memorabilia.

So, my wife went ahead and ordered an autographed picture of Pete Alonso from Fanatics Authentic about four months ago. We were really excited to add this piece to our collection, but unfortunately, it's been a bit of a hassle dealing with Joe Groglio and the team at Fanatics Authentic. We've been given the runaround and it's starting to feel like they have no intention of delivering the item we paid for. It's really disappointing to see a business operate like this, and we're hoping they'll do the right thing and refund our money. It's just not good business to treat customers like this.

I got me a Bears ball for my nephew from Fanatics Authentic, but when I opened the package, I got a Bengal's one instead. I was pretty bummed out, but then I talked to Linda and she was super helpful. She fixed everything up real quick so I could get the right ball in time to take it back to Brazil. Linda changed the delivery address for me so I could get the right ball in time. Thanks a lot Linda, you were awesome!

Donna was like, totally awesome. She was like, the only one who could help me out. I talked to a few peeps before her, but they were like, no help at all. Fanatics Authentic is like, the bomb dot com. They have like, all the sports stuff you could ever want. I mean, seriously, they have everything from autographed jerseys to game-used equipment. It's like a sports fan's dream come true. And the best part is, everything is like, totally legit. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off or anything like that.

I recently had a terrible experience with Fanatics Authentic. I was excited to purchase some sports memorabilia from their website, but was quickly disappointed with their so-called "free shipping." They added a handling fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the website, which felt like a total rip off.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for help, I was met with a rude and unhelpful representative named Mira. She didn't seem to care about my concerns and was only interested in getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Fanatics Authentic. Their customer service is terrible and they are not transparent about their fees. Save your money and time by shopping elsewhere.

My experience with Fanatics Authentic was pretty good. I had to return something and I was worried about it, but the CSR Linda was really nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciated it. I told her she was a class act and I meant it. Her supervisor was also really good to deal with. I would definitely buy from Fanatics Authentic again.

I got a gift for my hubby from Fanatics Authentic and was a bit worried if it would arrive in time for the holidays. I called up and talked to Terrence about my order and my worries. He said he'd look into it and make sure it got here before Christmas. And guess what? It came early! Terrence even sent me a couple of emails to make sure I was happy with the product and that it got to me okay. That's some top-notch customer service right there! Thanks a bunch!

I recently made a purchase on Fanatics Authentic for 3 ECU Face masks. They were offering free shipping, which was supposed to take 3 to 7 business days. However, I decided to pay an extra $9.00 for next day shipping, which was almost half the cost of the item. I received a notification that my package had been shipped, but when I checked with FedEx, it showed that the package wouldn't be delivered until the next day. I was disappointed because I thought I would receive my package sooner.

When I checked my order status, it showed that my package was due to arrive on September 9th. However, FedEx kept changing the delivery date and time. At first, it was supposed to be delivered by 9:00 pm on the previous day, but then it changed to 9:00 pm on the current day. Now, it shows that the scheduled delivery is pending, and my package has traveled about 100 miles from Ohio to Pennsylvania since it was shipped. I'm not even sure when I will receive it.

I tried to contact customer service to ask for a refund on the expedited shipping, but the only way to reach them was via Twitter. I sent a tweet over a day ago, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I was frustrated because I paid extra for faster shipping, but it didn't arrive on time. I decided to return the item, but I found out that I would have to pay $9.99 for them to ship me a return label. I have returned items to other companies before, and I have never had to pay for a return label. I understand that the masks could have been mailed for about $2.00, which I would have been willing to pay, but $20 for shipping is unacceptable. I had to pay $10 for expedited shipping, which hasn't even arrived yet, and another $10 to return the item. It's ridiculous.

I would advise Fanatics Authentic not to advertise quick shipping if they can't deliver. It's frustrating for customers to pay extra for faster shipping and not receive their package on time. Also, they should have better customer service options than just Twitter. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Fanatics Authentic, and I wouldn't recommend them to others.
