Steak 'n Shake

I waited atleast 45 minutes in the drive thru they pulled me up and forgot about i was at the stop & then i had to argue with them over food i had already paid for . Look like nats or something was in the back cause everybody walking around fanning over they head and i seen a guy fanning over the food he was preparing for customers. Yall really need too do better and all the managers always have attitudes . Please get a new crew or something cause i want be coming back here in a long time ! Fast food is supposedly 3-7 mins there's no way in hell i shoulve waited that long . Please get yall act together cause i was a loyal sns customer but i will take my money elsewhere!
