But no one has been Honest, kind, informative and loyal as Staylisted. *** has been nothing but Good to my company and my company is getting noticed because of her hard work and knowledge of knowing how to get my company name out there. Do Not Invest With Them. They Would Tell You Anything In The Beginning To Get You Signed Up And Once They Get Your Payment. You wont hear from them in months. Real people, really available, that actually care. The first service I have worked with that worked with me to build my website to exactly what I wanted. Nothing was finalized without my approval. I couldn't have been more pleased and had great exposure with excellent response. Thank you staylisted I would recommend you to any business. Especially those that are new to building their first website like I was. Thank you!

Very hard sell. They cold-called us and had no interest in knowing who we are or what we did. Only interested in selling us a web-site optimization service. After I convinced the first salesman that I wasn't interested, I was quickly transferred to another sales person. I am not generally one who hangs up on a salesperson - but after some time trying to be polite, that was the only way to end the "conversation" with these people.

They were very nice on the phone but they are deceptive in their practices. They say there is an opening on the google 3 pack. I guess there technically always is but they cant "place" anyone there. I am already #1 in a 5 mile radius of my business but they cant tell me that. My "qualifications" are that I have been open for 1 year and have a website. Then they want to build me a new website. Don't fall for it. The way I see it is they found me but I didnt find them. That means my marketing is better than theirs.

Stay Listed are the best company is used from the other 5 companies.My business only shows up locally for the services I provide the first 3 months. I was giving because no one find my business only within 20 miles . I was only have a little bit of jobs locally.The 4th month ,there was a caller in from out of state call to ask for services. I was thrilled that my business are seen 50,60 miles now! I have more jobs and jobs.Very great employee giving their best to help you with all they can . The best company ever!

We had a horrible experience with staylisted until we got Jayna as our account manager. She worked so hard to make things right with us. She goes the extra mile with everything we ask of her, which shows she genuinely cares not just about her company but about ours as well. This is a SCAM don't uses them. They promise you the world and give you nothing for your money. How they have their attorney on me to pay for something I had Canceled months ago.. I own a Roofing Co. here in Chattanooga and was talked into using Staylisted by one of their slick talking sales people. When I tried to cancel with them they said I could not because I had a contract with them for a year, now it is 2 years. However I don't pay for advertising if it isn't working. Please, Small Business's, don't uses this company stay away from STAYLISTED Anna V.

A sales representative contact our business, she promised a website to increase visibility, once we signed the contract they underperformed all across the board. I tried contacting our account manager/project coordinator Mike P and I was surprised at his demeanor, he was angry for no reason. I was skeptical at the communication shown over time in conjunction with Mike P's uncalled-for demeanor, I decided to cancel; once I said please cancel all ticket items for my company he simply said you sign the contract and hung up on me. I have tried to talk to someone like a supervisor, but no phone line is able to go past the ringing sound. Be aware of this guys!

worst! digital marketing ever!. turning into my worst nightmare made a contract for 12 months BIG MISTAKE! $199.00 monthly started Oct 2019 paid 2 months and I didn't see anything done but website only and I told them how important it was for me to be in google maps and verbally said they would do it. I talked to Mike P account manager told him if that didn't get done by the end of December I would stop payments, his answer was "you don't need to say that, if we don't get it done I get authorization for not to charge you" they didn't do it so I stopped payments now they got their lawyer call me and they want me to pay them $1900.00 for what? Be careful with this people...

Staylisted has done an amazing job with my company's visibility online. I was skeptical at first about if they would perform as good as they promised. But guess what? Its been just 5 months and my website its in the top position in my local City in *** and my *** map profile also comes in the first place when your search for our services nearby. Now I get free calls from customers every day without paying any online ads. And let me say also this, *** is our account manager, this guy is very professional and cares about his work. He is patient and responds very quickly to any concerns I have about my website.I couldnt ask for a better manager. Thank you guys, for your amazing work! I highly recommend you guys all the time!

After spending thousands of dollars over several years on ?marketing experts? who promised to increase our online presence for our small company, it was obvious we were still not getting the results we were paying for. Then we were contacted by a rep from Staylisted.com. I asked him what made their company different from the others and he carefully listened as we voiced our frustrations. He offered a much more affordable comprehensive package to address our issues and stated, ?Try us for just 3 months.? We did. They delivered. We now have a team of consultants who stay in contact with us and help us tweak our programs for optimum results. In just a few months our company now rates higher than the local competitors and our schedule is booked out weeks in advance. Boom!

I feel like they're a predatory SEO... they have you sign a contract out the gate... *** has a poor attitude... The Website they "built" for "me?"... was basically a website they built for someone else and just plastered my name all over it... it talks about growing from 2 people to an entire team of professionals to handle any task... My company has 1 person... ME!When I contacted my rep *** he got an attitude with me via email... I pay for a URL and have no need for some generic URL they pulled out of a hat (it was something like landscaperindianapolisin.com or something)...I've removed them from my *** admin and we've only 60 days to go Honestly I'm waiting for the 90 day *** and I'm dropping them (contract)...

We hired staylisted for our small handyman business and it was a disaster. Their sales rep made a bunch of promises to get us under contract then underperformed across the board. When we confronted them on the performance they told us that it take around 6 months and an additional $700 to get us the amount of traffic we were promised by the sales rep. They only managed to pull in 5 leads in the 4 months we paid them for their services. After getting rid of them and hiring Gosite to take their place we now average 10 to 15 new customers per month. Gosite has a better price, they started pulling in leads immediately after hiring them, and they have a better platform. Don't waist your money on staylisted. They are a dishonest company that uses immoral business practices to lock you into a 1-year contract.

From first contact, Staylisted stands above the rest! *** was our initial contact, and she was very precise and thourough when going over plans and pricing. I never felt like we were being 'oversold'. Our initial intro/setup was done by ***, who also asked the right questions instead of 'telling' us what we needed like most SEO/Web companies. I felt like our experience was beng 'tailored' for our company specifically. Then came Jayna! She saved us, she jumped right in and untangled the mess that was our domain. Immediately. I would have still been on hold with our old company tring to remember my password...and she fixed it. Staylisted is doing an amazing job keeping in touch in the designing of our new webpage. Our expectaions have been exceeded. Also, their receptionist, ***, is friendly and patient. I cannot say enough great things about Staylisted.

I am a deeper than deep tissue worker. I have been working with Marissa for over a year now. I and my dog Sunny speak with her just about every Thur. at noon. (She knows how to deal with crazy people like me-ha ha!) Since then she and her personable company have kept me numero uno in the desired categories of my business. Marissa has also been on the ball in bringing any new ideas I have had into reality with the Google robot. She and her company are not condescending to the clients they work with. If you are a hands on guy like me who understands his business and even how to market it but needs help with the tech part they will respect your expertise and not assume they know better like the previous company I worked with did. I would imagine that because of this attitude they learn a lot more than they otherwise wouldn't when it comes to working with their clients. I will be staying with Marissa and Staylisted for years to come.

They are not all that Great to me, if you ask my opinion! I have had to do a great deal of all the leg work and my own SEO work... I am the one NOW doing my own work & getting myself up on the ranks. & they are taking the credit? WoW! I requested the money back that I paid because they told me that my phone would be ringing a lot more then i would imagine! NOT SO! In addition I called them for a week, left messages till they finally called me back... I do not appreciate having to do all of the work that they are taking credit for! NOT RIGHT! I am going to all the sites & submitting my site to them, in addition creating adds too. There is no way they are working my site! They took my money & said wahoo money... My business is very important to me & they think im a joke!, THIS IS NOT a *** joke! They even tried to tell me they called me a several times after i told them i pulled them from my google account months ago. when i realized they were not working my account. I knew right then & there that i was being had! I am disputing the charges that they took from me for the $534.00 & did NOTHING! when I am the one that is doing all of the work! They will gladly take your money & sit on it!

I did not like them at ALL. Accidentally missed a payment due to their error, my card went through on ALL other dates but not on 2? How? If they call you offering a deal, they just need sales, they are a scam. They make the ugliest cheapest looking website and expect you to like it. I finished my 12 months and wished I hadnt done ANYTHING with them with all the money I spent. With the missed payments- they took the website down and never put it back up- even though I paid ALL the other payments. I had just turned 18 with a small business and thought they were legit. STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE! Idc what they try to say to you, do your own digital marketing or hire someone you know and look up how to do it! I have been so much better without them. STAY AWAY! You will regret their contracts. They get you with 3 months but they will find a reason that u cant breach contract and will make you stay. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS WITH THEM! When I first got into contract, I was told to only look at the positive reviews because theres so little negative reviews look at every negative one! They are telling the truth. If I could even get half my money back I spent for the months while my website was down where they didnt do anything for me, I would truly be grateful- but they are VERY money hungry.

Ill start by saying that I have dealt with one of StayListed competitors and it left a bad taste in my mouth. When StayListed reached out to me they had big shoes to fill due to my high expectations from being brought to the cleaners by a competitor of theirs. *** Is my account manager and she had gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected. We are still in the beginning stages of working together in this marketing endeavor, honestly I have been rather demanding due to the bad taste in my mouth like I mentioned before. Any question I have she answers or gets the answer, if I am second guessing something she doesnt only tell me why its like that she gives me a reason why its like that or changes it. We were having some difficulties with my logo, Jayna stayed on top of it and got it right. I am very impressed by her people skills, communication and problem solving skills. I believe and I expect that StayListed will perform as well as their employee *** She sets the bar pretty high but she has fulfilled all my expectations of what I would want in a account manager through a company like this. I would hands down recommend StayListed based of performance thus far and her teams communication. If every company could have a employee with the skills and care for the job that Jayna possesses it would make all of our companys better. Thanks StayListed!

Filed a complaint on 7/13 with Complaintsboard.com regarding Staylisted. Staylisted responded saying the account was canceled months ago and there is no outstanding balance. Now I received an email from an attorney trying to collect 745$ on behalf of Staylisted.

Upon signing up with them they told me It is not a term contract and I that I can terminate within 180 days with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried to cancel due to many unfulfilled promises. Not only they refused to refund me, but they told me I'm bound to 1 year contract!

I was told by Staylisted that they would increase my business and internet profile and that this was not a term contract and I could cancel at any time. After 3 months I did not see an increase in my business or my business on any front page. They are telling me that I have to pay them for another nine months.

We registered with this service with the hopes of increasing business traffic to our company, RW *** Construction Services. We were told that we could cancel at any time if we were not 100% happy with the service. I've tried numerous times to CANCEL the service but they refuse to do so; $199.00/month is a pretty hefty fee to bit each month.

I was over charged for a website creation that i later found out was a lie based on my existing website not being S.E.O. freindly. my existing website is ranked 2nd behind home depot in my area on Google search i later found out. The website they tried to create took over 3monthes and was never completed. I basicly recieved nothing for $1,200. invested.

I cancelled my service with staylisted.com because I because I lost my cleaning service I brought the service because they promised to keep my business listed and offered me a website but they didn't deliver and because of pandemic my business closed I contacted them and ask them to cancel my service but they keep charging my bank account causing over draft fees.

They are litterally harassing me, I have asked them at least *** i have talked to several employees who claim they will fix the issue. They call multiple times a week for the past several months trying to sell me a service I am not intrested in. I have had to stop telling ppl I own the business in fear its rheese guys trying to manipulate me. Please can you get them to leave me alone?

I contracted with Staylisted and paid them monthly to get me on the front page of the *** search and there was multiple attempts to have this resolved. I've asked for a full refund which they refuse to give me saying that they created a website that I didn't need or was able to use. The customer service was awful and I've asked for a refund several times and they still refuse after admitting that I couldn't use the services paid for.

I was sold a service contract. I told the gal that sold me the service I only wanted a six month deal for $954 up front. She said fine. Then she sent me a contract that had a 1 year deal in it. I called her and told her that I only wanted the six months and she should change the contract. She told me there was no need to change the contract and I could easily cancel the contract after the six months. I signed the contract and paid the $954. I tried to cancel the contract after six months, but they said I signed a one year contract. I am refusing to pay at this point. I am happy with the service they gave me relative to their product, but I feel I was deceived about the contract terms. My contract number with them is 5ec69f0c5db032744249e3b2...

We hired them and signed a contract with a 90 day guarantee that stated that if we do not have a search term reach the top page on google then we can get out of the contract. The term they used to get us to the top page was "Small Voltage." The only reason they were able to get this term to the top page is because it is not a term used in any industry so it didn't have any competition. We don't use this term to describe any of our services company wide witch means they used a non-existent term to lock us into a contract. The terms we asked for to describe our business were never ranked on the front page during the 90 day guarantee period. If a company is able to lock you into a contract by making up terms on the spot then they are using a dishonest business model.

Stay listed said they would have a website created for me and put me at the top of *** searches for tv installation in my area. That was a lie and they wanted more money to list it higher on ***. I wanted out of the contract and was told I need to pay for the full year contract. They did not list me high on *** so this should be a breach of contract and should be cancelled. Ive talked with them and failed to have the contract voided. Ive stop payment with my credit card and want them to stop harassing me and threatening a collection agency action. Please make this stop because Im a small entrepreneur with just myself as a employee. I cant afford to through money away on a company that promise more business and have not delivered once with a customer. Thanks

I tried this service on a trial basis for our company ***, ***, . I was told I had six months to decide and if I wasn't satisfied I could cancel this service with no problem. After 4 months I decided that this service was not working for us so I called my account rep and could never get him on the phone. I've called and called. Sent emails over and over again and no response. This has been going on since June 1st. I've stopped payments on their account through my bank but they continue to *** me. I am getting no cooperation from this company. I just want this done with. This has been going on long enough and would like it to stop. Hopefully we can get this resolved. Thank you

I purchased stay listed 6/3 to promote business listing and website/email. It has been almost 3 month and they have not improved my listings nor did I get any leads from them. The information they put on my website is misleading it says Silver Spring Contractor when I am based in ***, . It has a bunch pictures and information I never approved of on the website. I wrote Staylisted supervisor and personnel multiple times about the problems with the website. They always promised to fix and never did it. They promised me an email which I never got or used. I requested to cancel my account but they refused and I also asked to talk to higher level manager and they refused to transfer me to them. They promised to fix stuff same day more than 3 times but never fixed anything. They are the worst company to work with for your business.

Stay listed told me they would have me posted everywhere basically and I was going to be at the top of the page of *** they said it might take 2 weeks. A MONTH LATER they charge me again for their services even though they had done absolutely NOTHING! I had not received any communications about why it was taking so long or anything. They then when I called to cancel informed me that I was apparently in a contract that was not made very clear at all! They informed me that they know they haven't really had anything to show me and that they are sorry it takes so long but its just the way it is and they are going to keep taking my Fu*** money every month until the contract is up. I do not want their services at all I just want out of this contract and for others to know that stay listed is an absolute horrendous joke of a company.They are just glorified Thieves!

My problem is that this merchant keeps taking money out of my bank accoun. They claim that i approved this and I did not. I was at a clients when a rep called me and kept trying to get me to agree to their terms and conditions. apparently they are a web or domain builder for businesses. I kept telling them call me later im busy and the rep was persistent, so to get off the phone i agreed to pay *** for a web site of my business. I never received any further communications from this place after that phone call. I never saw a website with my company name and they continued to deduct money from my bank account on a weekly basis. This place is a fraudulant and unethical entity. I have tried to get them on the phone will no avail. Im so frustrated. I had bank charges and fees charged to my bank account becasue everytime i deposited money in my account they deducted money out of it. I want my money refunded in the amount of ***. that is not including the bank charges and fees.

I signed up with Staylisted back on January 4. Alexas told me that she was with *** and would provide website advertisements that would result in more customers for my business. I paid a setup fee of $399, an initial payment of $698, and then monthly payments of $199. Alexas said I could cancel anytime if I didnt see the results she promised. After speaking with my business manager and my *** my Business account representative, I found out that Staylisted was not with ***; they only have a partnership certification. When you speak with Staylisted representatives, they tell you that they are with ***, giving you the impression that you are working directly with ***. This is deceptive business practice. Staylisted is misrepresenting themselves and using false advertising. Alexas refused to let me cancel the service and have since sent me an email stating they are planning to file a lawsuit against me for $1990 and investigate me and my suppliers, vendors, banks.

I am a small business owner who spent his savings to start a business. Was sold on the idea and opportunity to get business by using Staylisted to get to the top tier on *** They took my money and showed no results, and now want the money for the balance of the contract of which they did nothing to help me, so money for nothing. Stay listed preys on small start up businesses looking to enter a segment of the market, with promises and inflated expectations. They take your money and provide none of what they say they would. They dont call or even attempt to show you anything they supposedly have done for you and then they expect payment to be completed for work that was never provided. Due to the fake promises of this company and another, may saving is gone and now I am back in the work force, so that I can provide for my family. My dream is not dead but has been sidelined by the lies and promises made to me by this and another company. I worked hard to get to the point where I could open my business and to purchase all that was needed, their promises, made me feel as I was going in the right direction and had they followed through I would have been, yet they didnt and my dream is now on hold, until I can financially start again. The proof is online, they did nothing.
